Very disappointed for the service for my wife's car, the tech had the nerve to ask her for a tip.

So happy a coworker told me about this service! After getting up at 4am to arrive at the warehouse…read more(where I normally get my tires changed over every two seasons) to a lineup informing me I would be the bearer of cone #24 (someone in the crowd said people were starting to line up at 1:30am), I made the calculations in my head. It would mean waiting another 35 mins to collect my cone at 5am, drive home and back or wait until the doors opened at 6am so I could line up to drop off the vehicle/get the paperwork, make arrangements to have a family member/friend be on standby/pick me up whenever I made it through the queu (not sure how long being #24 in line would take) and then have them drive me back once again to pick up the vehicle a few hours later. I thought "this is insane". I drove home and contacted Fast Fix Tires and made an appt. for the following week. They came to my home (on time), were friendly and easy-going, and it took less than an hour to get my winter tires (not on rims) put on. Did this cost me an arm and a leg? No. Compared to the 4+ hours saved waiting and waiting some more at the warehouse, it was a bargain. It was also cheaper than what my regular mechanic (always reasonably priced) had quoted me and I didn't even have to leave home. I used to dread the changeover of tires twice a year but not any more. Highly recommended!

I've purchased tires here a few times and I loved the experience. They were reasonably priced and…read moreworked very well regardless of the season I purchased. After a terrible experience at the Fountain Tire downtown these folks have always been a breath of fresh air. Earlier today I brought my car in as one of my tires I suspected had a small leak due to the fact I'd had to pump up the tire twice in the last month. I dropped the car off and went for breakfast a couple of blocks away. Got a phone call shortly after I finished breakfast - just over an hour - that my car was ready. I was absolutely ecstatic when I got there because I found out they were successfully able to patch the tire. Buying tires is such a racket because in cases like this you need to be able to trust the shop not to try to sell you 2 new tires when the tire can be patched, which is exactly what Central Tire did for me. I was very happy only having to pay $45 to patch 1 tire as opposed to spending at least $300 or $400 to buy 2 new tires. Integrity move on their part to patch rather than scam me into buying 2 new tires. This shop is the orgasmically deliciousness of tire shops. Also, NO CHARGE for shop supplies - a rarity in the auto shop business. WOOT WOOT!

Third in my list of garages I trust with my life is Central Tire. I hardly used them for tire…read moreservice, but relied on their mechanical service fairly regularly. I can't talk enough about their good service. I have been able to rely on the guys here many times to keep my old Explorer running when it quit. I always managed to make it there before my vehicle died, handed it to them and walked over to work on 108th st. It was ready by home time. I made it simple for them, 'if it's going to be under $500, do it. If more, call me'. I never got a call and it was always read same-day, lucky I guess! Their waiting room was busy, has a bright view of 109 st. and chairs / magazines. Some toddler playthings if your little one is getting restless, and a tv is on. I probably wouldn't bring an RV here, as there is no room, but they can handle cars and trucks just fine. If you work downtown, this is the place to go. Book an appointment!

I will hear nothing bad said about my car!) with 16 inch rims, needless to say it's not always that easy to find tires to fit said car for cheap. Tire Shop Plus is extremely competitively priced. The staff are friendly and very helpful, my visit was very quick too. They had me in and out in about an hour - that time included 15 mins of me selecting tires. I like the set up, they basically have every tire out on racks which you work you way around until you find tires in your side. I understand some people have complained in previous reviews about having to look themselves - I have no issue with this. The order of size is pretty easy to sus out, tires are clearly marked and pricing is there too - no issue! After fitting they informed me I could bring the tires back in the next month if there's any issue, I wasn't expecting any kind of warranty as I was buying part worns so this came as a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely be back here in future.

Cherry on the cake, it had a repair done within inches of a temporary plug placed in the shoulder of the tire. If that tire got installed and blew out on the highway this company would 100% be to blame. You cannot jeopardize peoples lives to make a buck.
