She was using old polish, had to thin it out which makes it go on streaky and takes forever to dry. No straight edges at the cuticle, paint on my skin, just messy. Second, mani: She filed the top of my nail with a drill, I first thought lightly to smooth them a little... no, roughed them up as though she's applying a primer and we're using regular polish, now one hand's nails are damaged (I stopped her from doing the other hand)! The cuticle cutting was horrible, not close to the nail, cutting too far away making a mess. I then asked her if she had a new bottle the same color, I got just a blank stare (again). She proceeds to put on the bad streaky polish (over some old polish she didn't fully remove from my last mani). It was applied so lumpy she on her own started to remove it and reapply. I stopped her and requested NO polish. All the while she was totally unaware of her nails digging into my every finger and toe. Third, was supposed to be an eyebrow wax. I said no thank you, I'm too afraid. In the end the wanted to charge me for both the mani AND pedi... I said no way, I didn't get the mani.

I tried to explain again what I wanted and told them the color I had picked. He did a horrible job. The powder manicure does not even go all the way to the sides of my nails, it is uneven and lumpy, and the color is hideous. They did not use a polish. I had previously selected one. When I asked about it because I was sure that could not possibly be the end product, they told me, no- I was done. I paid and left in tears. I am embarrassed to walk around with these nails. And the sharp ends had already snagged on my clothes before I even got home.

I had to remove the gel cat-eye nail polish before an MRI…read more My regular nail tech was not available, but she told me it's an easy process and I could ask for a gel color change-no fill. I entered this salon around 2:30pm. The two owners were present, two nail techs and one other customer. On a Saturday afternoon a week from Thanksgiving. I told the owners what I needed and picked a gel color. When I sat down with the nail tech and she began to remove the gel. I asked how much this should cost and added that I needed the two fat toes done as well. She said it would be $30. I finish and go to pay at the register.The owner says it is $50. I took one look at the tech who looked mortified. I walked over to her and give her a ten and I smiled. Then I walked over to the register and threw a $50 on the counter. Didn't say a word. I will let the attachment speak for itself. My nails were pitted; the gel went on thick and gooey. See the attached. Make your own decision. I will forget this place exists. Maybe when they close the business they will think of this review.

I rarely write a bad review but as I business owner of 20 plus years I strive to make my clients feel valued and important. I came in tonight an hour before closing asking for toe polish change and owner said I would have to wait for the girl to finish with a pedicure . I waited an hour and then she took someone one else ahead of me that had a manicure. I told the owner you should have told me there were was 2 ahead of me and 90 min wait . I would have came an another day. She told me only the one lady was a head of me. I patiently waited an hour. That is horrible business to not be honest and disrespectful of my time. Most mail places would just be honest and tell you 90 min wait . I won't tell people to go back there. I was once a satisfied customer, just bad business.
