Prior to setting the gel, i asked her to add more red gel to the sides to fill some gaps or clean it up but she just grabbed the file and shape it more. Gel is bulky and has small bubbles on some of the nails too. Recommend more time for her to practice. I got my nails done less than an hour ago today. If youre getting a solid color or clear polish all over your nails whether its mani or pedi, i do highly recommend her as she is super gentle and nice. She did my pedi really nicely.

The nails were literally cut crooked and the edges are messy (I wasn't given a chance to look at them before being ushered to the desk to pay). Upon leaving I immediately had to get out a nail file to clean up what I could (picture is the result). I should have said something about the pain and discomfort, but after being clipped twice I was just trying to get through without crying (even the massage chair was awful). The place is beautiful and I am thankful my friend had a different technician that did a good job. I never leave bad reviews, but the prices were too high to walk away feeling brutalized and like I could have done a better job.
