This place has a lot of chairs, both pedicure and manicure. The lady who did my pedicure did a much better job than the last place I was at, despite my nails still having damage from gel polish (imagine that, someone good at their job). Ladies, don't forget to give your nails a break every once in awhile from gel polish! read more

The most painful pedicure I've ever had. My cuticles on my big toes were literally bleeding. Leg message was bruising and technician made no effort to avoid an obvious wound. The nails were literally cut crooked and the edges are messy (I wasn't given a chance to look at them before being ushered to the desk to pay). Upon leaving I immediately had to get out a nail file to clean up what I could (picture is the result). I should have said something about the pain and discomfort, but after being clipped twice I was just trying to get through without crying (even the massage chair was awful). The place is beautiful and I am thankful my friend had a different technician that did a good job. I never leave bad reviews, but the prices were too high to walk away feeling brutalized and like I could have done a better job. read more

If I could give this place negative -stars I would. This is the dirtiest nastiest nail salon I have ever been tooo. No one disinfects. No one sprays anything down. As a professional nail technician you should all be disgusted with yourselves and the environment you put your clients in. I have gotten a 3 fungus from them and this last one was sooo bad I had to go to a Podiatrist. The only reason I kept going back to them was because of location so sham on me. They use dirty nail tools, I knew I was in trouble with this last girl, Eve when I saw her pull the tool from her pocket . They seem to think you can just spray alcohol on the tool and it will kill all the germs but that is not the case. They do not practice good hygiene there. read more

Just the worst experience for me. It may not have been so bad had she'd understood a little English. First, a pedi: Cuticle cutting, she cuts you and giggles. She was using old polish, had to thin it out which makes it go on streaky and takes forever to dry. No straight edges at the cuticle, paint on my skin, just messy. Second, mani: She filed the top of my nail with a drill, I first thought lightly to smooth them a little... no, roughed them up as though she's applying a primer and we're using regular polish, now one hand's nails are damaged (I stopped her from doing the other hand)! The cuticle cutting was horrible, not close to the nail, cutting too far away making a mess. I then asked her if she had a new bottle the same color, I got just a blank stare (again). She proceeds to put on the bad streaky polish (over some old polish she didn't fully remove from my last mani). It was applied so lumpy she on her own started to remove it and reapply. I stopped her and requested NO polish. All the while she was totally unaware of her nails digging into my every finger and toe. Third, was supposed to be an eyebrow wax. I said no thank you, I'm too afraid. In the end the wanted to charge me for both the mani AND pedi... I said no way, I didn't get the mani. read more

I had my nails done three or four days ago at this place and I broke one nail and went back in and they were very rude. Nobody wanted to fix one nail that they did in the first place and they were speaking their language over the customers all to each other, ignoring customers treating customers customers badly I have never been to a place that they were so rude that I started listening to my own music in my own EarPods. I will never go back there. I will. I've lived here for a long time, and I guarantee I will spread the word about this awful in place that just makes everybody feel bad and it's family run so you know they can talk to each other in about everybody around them and there's no consequences, but I guarantee you that this will not go unsaid to everybody I know and people I don't know that's the horrific experience I had at this nail so-called nail salon. How about getting some people that speak English for a change can you do that for customer service or how about this? How about an interpreter? Can you spend some money on an interpreter so we can see what these people are saying about other people because I've never met a more rude bunch of people in my entire life family owned. They got to talk to the family. Family must come first cause the customers don't bad business bad business read more

I apparently booked the wrong service online. When i got there I explained what I wanted- to make sure I'd done it correctly. I was with someone who spoke almost no English, so as I kept asking her if she understood what I wanted (because it didn't look like she was doing the service I wanted), she finally waved someone over, and no, that technician could not do a fill. She also seriously hurt me when she was using the machine to make my nails smooth- multiple times. So they put me with another person. I tried to explain again what I wanted and told them the color I had picked. He did a horrible job. The powder manicure does not even go all the way to the sides of my nails, it is uneven and lumpy, and the color is hideous. They did not use a polish. I had previously selected one. When I asked about it because I was sure that could not possibly be the end product, they told me, no- I was done. I paid and left in tears. I am embarrassed to walk around with these nails. And the sharp ends had already snagged on my clothes before I even got home. read more

My wife enjoyed their servers yesterday for a mani-pedi. Clean, fast, friendly & affordably priced. She would come here again.

I'm a certified nail tech coming to get a pedi with my mom while in town and the reason I have it two stars instead of one is because I came back to ask them to fix it and the second paint job is better ( last photo ) In simple terms I would get fired at my salon if I let a customer leave with a paint job like this // I get it's a basic pedicure with gel $50 the " cheaper " service but gel has to be cured and cleaned correctly or it will peel off and my big toes were not even at all the first time / besides the paint job and file the rest was good it was quick like 30 minutes tops pedicure read more

this is a nice salon because it has chairs, room, and is very big with nice decoration and everyone there is nice and sweet

I got a manicure and pedicure here by a lovely older woman. Unfortunately, the results were not great. There were several cons. There's a huge communication barrier since she didn't understand much English. I had asked her not to cut my cuticles three times and then again when we switched to manicures. She simply didn't understand what I was saying. I tried asking if I could use the nail polish displayed on the counter, but she didn't understand my question. I wound up choosing a color I really didn't want because I was given very limited options to choose from on a nail tray. The pedicure and manicure were both lacking. Some nails are cut crooked, some are shorter than others, my skin was cut (hopefully it heals without infection), the nail clippers weren't cleaned and still had someone else's clipped nail in them. There was a very mediocre massage and scrub which would've been easily overlooked if the nail results were good. The nail polish application was not as expected. I could've done a better job myself and regret coming here. They seemed accommodating and walk-ins were welcome. I think you may have better luck depending on which technician you end up with. Regardless, I won't be back again. read more

This salon is super clean and the staff is great. Absolutely Love Emily ! She's the best !!

The place was extremely clean and beautiful. My salon technician Bon did both my pedicure and my nail fill. She nailed it. Did a fabulous job. First time here and she matched up the pink shade in my acrylic perfectly. I'm a former nail technician retired several years ago. Bon knew her job and she did it well. She is a keeper for sure. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. read more

I booked at an appointment for the afternoon and I came in a little bit early and they seated me right away. I had a nail technician whose name is Emily I think; she was very nice, personable and made me feel comfortable because I don't get my manicure done often. Palm Nails - French gel manicure - Day Spas Near Me - Palm Coast, Florida

Had an appointment for 9am before my vacation. Had a french manicure. Thought it was odd the tech didn't put the top clear coat over the entire nail only over the pink. Woke up up the next morning to catch a flight and where the white and pink meet it was all bubbled over. I did notice the white wasn't straight when I left however I didn't want to complain. Well now less then 24 hours later the nails look like a 5 year old did them. I did call they said when I get back come in. That doesn't help me now. Then they said french manicure only works with gel. One they didn't tell me this when I asked for it and two french has been around forever now it can only be done with gel. Between paying extra for the french tip and it not even being done nice to the bubbling to the way they handled it when I called I would not recommend this place. read more

Don't do it. Go somewhere else. I took my granddaughter there to get her nails done with a gift card my son had given me pre covid. I have a total of 200.00 of cards. I figured I'd spend a gift card on her. The girl at the desk was miserable and was annoyed that we were there. Obviously she has a problem working weekends. When I went to pay with the card, she rudely told me "no good, 3 years old". I have multiple cards but she wasn't having it. What was supposed to be a nice experience turned out to be a nightmare. People who were in there looked at us because she said it loud enough for them to hear. Gift cards are good for 5 years. I'll be filling a complaint as much as I hate too. My son spent the money and it should be honored. Don't by gift cards there for any occasion, the aggravation isn't worth it.Don't go there period. read more

Beware! $35 Gel polish $45 kid gel hands and toes I arrived for my pedicure. The tech I was placed with didn't speak English. They were extremely rough taking off the regular nail polish with polish remover. Next I asked for the tech not to cut my nails they proceeded to anyway until I stopped them again. I asked for square they then rounded them... cut me with clippers. I stopped the pedicure and asked for just a polish change. They abruptly got up clearly mad and left me at station. A new person returned where I had to re explain why again I wanted only a pedicure. She did the best she could do and painted them with gel polish. Separately my little one (4years old) got her nails and toes painted with gel. She sat quietly, all in all it lasted 15 minutes at best. I go to the counter and I'm told $35 for the gel polish to my nails (no soak of previous polish-no mani cure- simply painting on polish) and $45 for the little ones 15 min gel hand and feet polish (no filing or previous color off). Shocking for this D rated salon. Bad service. No communication. Poor outcome. Top price. Customer beware. read more

This place has increased their prices and decreased their level of service. 3 hours to have a basic pedicure and dip nails. I took my mother out for mani pedi time. Her service was completed in a normal time, she had to wait almost 2 hours for mine to be done since the technician had zero clue how to perform the services. My nails look horrible! The owner came over during the service to say she undercharged my 80 year old mother and I needed to compensate on my bill. I asked her what she charged her and looked at the price listing, seemed appropriate. Because I didn't agree to accept the additional cost she said she received an upgraded treatment. My tech and hers said she was mistaken. Well you know what, my bill was 524 more expensive than usual! I originally thought oh price increase. Nope! Never will go again for that reason. read more

Wish i could give 0 stars. worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. Supposed to be a nice relaxing experience that I'm paying for but instead I was manhandled, my nails were filed down so much that started bleeding, tried to make nail tips fit my nails that were way too small and squeezed my nail beds, couldn't get my thumb nail straight after THREE RE APPLICATION, the guy was shaking the whole time and kept drilling my skin which has left burns and small cuts, picked out my color twice and he still couldn't remember. i picked out beige and he brought out pink. then layed a layer of concrete thick acrylic on. it was so ugly and i was already so upset i left after he started the second nail. I've never been INJURED so many times while JUST GETTING MY NAILS DONE!! worst experience of my life i left in tears with bloody fingers read more

Do not go here if you want quality work done! I just got a full set done two weeks before at another facility. The guy I went to did not clean my nails properly and I told him they would lift. he didn't double prime them like I asked. So when I checked out I told the lady I didn't like them and I would be back in a few days when they start to lift or pop off. I was back in a few days and then the man yelled at me and told me it was the original persons fault on why they were popping off! I told him to replace the two and I'll never come back! He laughed at me and replaced them. They also charge $15 for gel polish! Customer service was HORRIBLE. Side note: they serve alcohol beverages here and brought my 14 year old daughter a glass while she was getting her toes done! BE CAREFUL! read more

When they make a mistake; like sanding your nails too thin; enough that another nail tech goes "what happened???"; enough that the nail has split and lifted now and Tiffany takes no responsibility or accountability. No, sorry; no what can we do to make it right. Too bad, so sad, that happens. That's really bad customer service and I want no part of that kind of treatment. Called to make an appt for mani-pedi for the next day which happened to be Sunday , they put me on hold and just hang up, when I called back, I was told they do not take apts for Sunday, only walkings. Don't know what's the difference if a potential client already calling you to make an appointment? So they've already lost me as a future client. I found this place to be unclean and unprofessional. The woman who did my pedicure was not nice and rushed through my pedicure so fast that I felt I wasn't getting the service I was paying $30+ dollars for. She only pushed my cuticles back on two of my toes not knowing I was watching very closely and paying attention. Then when it came to scrubbing my feet and removing dead skin she was making faces and showing me how bad my dead skin on my feet was. Let me just say I'm a professional cosmetologist and I have been trained on cleanliness and professionalism in the salon and this was not anywhere near what I was trained on. Felt robbed that my pedicure was so cheaply done read more

This place was so ghetto and poorly ran. Coming from a bigger city this place would be closed down because of all of the competition. I got a pedicure, didn't get offered a drink of water or anything (customary in every single nail salon I have ever been to), it was muggy and hot in the place, not a relaxing atmosphere at all, the girl doing pedicure seemed new, massaged my feet for a whole five mins if that, couldn't polish correctly. Wouldn't recommend and would never go back. read more

Saw good reviews about this place and was excited to try it out. Well, NO. The guy [young, with slick back hair] I got was very unprofessional/very rude. Asked me if it was my first time getting my nails done after repeatedly shoving my hand away and making a nasty face. It was NOT my first time. Also, my nails were horribly shaped. My first experience with Palm Nails was 10 days ago. The nail Tech did a nice job on the SNS Ombré that I requested, but over the course of the next week, most of my nails cracked and became sharp and jagged, so I trimmed them mostly down. I made a new appt and tried a different mail tech this morning and after removing all of the SNS powder, I had fungus on one nail from water getting in through the cracks. I showed the nail tech a photo if what I wanted and it went downhill from there. The test of my nails were cut down to the top of my finger and I suggested nail tips as I did not want my nails to be level with my skin, but was told it would look fine short - I mentioned the fungus was now noticeable and a flower was now painted there - even though I never knew that was the plan and I hated it. After 2.5 hrs I had to leave but told the owner the situation and showed the picture of what I had wanted. They we're not fixibg it or refunding money ($75). That is terrible customer service! I'm so disappointed! read more
