A small child of an employee was trying to soothe his baby brother as they were enclosed in a hot room with the door shut, they finally opened the door and let the kids out. I seriously thought it was child abuse and did say something to the nail tech. The baby screamed the entire time I was there. The place looks unkept and unclean. Shame on the parents for allowing the kids into the salon, it's unsafe and unhealthy for them. It is not a "spa" relaxed feeling with your kid crying, screaming and running thru the shop. I could not get out of there quick enough! Those poor kids deserve a better environment and so did I.

It started with my pedicure... the water was cold which I honestly disregarded because atleast the gentleman doing my nails did a good job and took care of my legs and feet, it all went bad when I saw the lady who was getting ready to do my full set of acrylics yelling at another customer because she came too early for her nail appointment, she was so rude about it. I let it go thinking maybe she was just having a bad day, another lady who's nails this specific nail tech had done before mine was sitting to my left and shed asked the tech nicely if she would please take her spacers out from between her toes, well picked up her leg and she proceeded to rip them from her toes so aggressively and out of annoyance proceeded to drop her feet so they smacked the floor. The lady let it go cuz she was almost done with her service. In my head these were huge red flags but I was already sitting in the chair. I AGAIN let it go thinking maybe she just had a rough day. Big mistake. She started doing my nails and 2 of them were so crooked and I let her know, the first one was fixable with shaping since I wanted coffin shaped nails but the second nail was my left pinky that was so ridiculously crooked that Shaping couldn't fix it. . I asked her nicely if she would please fix the 2 nails and she started getting louder and arguing with me. Telling me I don't know what I'm talking about but honestly with what a horrible attitude she had. She told me I had to pay for half of my nail service and I said "why would I pay for something I'm not happy with. I'd had enough and just said to go ahead and cut them off and that I was done here. I told her I don't like the way she's talking to me and how aggressive she's been with her other customers. The lady next to me was a very sweet lady that I'd chatted with throughout my time there. This tech was so rude I'm absolutely blown away that she goes through life talking to and treating people that way. Getting your nails done is suppose to be a nice relaxing service to treat yourself. I also want to mention that I'd learned to do acrylics when I went to cosmetology school but chose the hair route and am a hair dresser and will make my clients aware of how my time went there. . I'm well aware of how you apply acrylic and she did a horribly messy job it was all over my skin. She's a bad nail tech and a rude person. I'd also asked if I could have her name she said that's important and when I called back to speak to the owner she answered the phone and said that's important again. I tried to get the nail off that's why it's crunchy looking but you can see the shape it was prior- CROOKED
