I had to remove the gel cat-eye nail polish before an MRI. My regular nail tech was not available, but she told me it's an easy process and I could ask for a gel color change-no fill. I entered this salon around 2:30pm. The two owners were present, two nail techs and one other customer. On a Saturday afternoon a week from Thanksgiving. I told the owners what I needed and picked a gel color. When I sat down with the nail tech and she began to remove the gel. I asked how much this should cost and added that I needed the two fat toes done as well. She said it would be $30. I finish and go to pay at the register.The owner says it is $50. I took one look at the tech who looked mortified. I walked over to her and give her a ten and I smiled. Then I walked over to the register and threw a $50 on the counter. Didn't say a word. I will let the attachment speak for itself. My nails were pitted; the gel went on thick and gooey. See the attached. Make your own decision. I will forget this place exists. Poor customer service. I have been going there for 5 years for nails. I rarely write a bad review but as I business owner of 20 plus years I strive to make my clients feel valued and important. I came in tonight an hour before closing asking for toe polish change and owner said I would have to wait for the girl to finish with a pedicure . I waited an hour and then she took someone one else ahead of me that had a manicure. I told the owner you should have told me there were was 2 ahead of me and 90 min wait . I would have came an another day. She told me only the one lady was a head of me. I patiently waited an hour. That is horrible business to not be honest and disrespectful of my time. Most mail places would just be honest and tell you 90 min wait . I won't tell people to go back there. I was once a satisfied customer, just bad business. read more

The moment I walked In, the owner Sofia welcomed me with open arms and introduced me to Miss Rose! Rose took her time and did a thorough job. I walked in about a month ago, I was told to sit down and wait (when no one was in there) I told them I had something a hour and a half from now to do so I had to leave then. They had me sit at the massage chairs & as a hour went by I saw others coming in and getting their nails done. I was getting furious and I walked up to someone working there and asked why I am being skipped. He said "Sofia does nails fast she will do yours before you leave" I said no I did not want to wait a hour. All I got was a FILL and when I finally got to sit down and get my nails done. She made my nails bleed which has NEVER happened at a nail salon ever & I ended up paying the end total was $45 or was ridiculous. I'm never coming back here again. read more

I got my nails done about a month ago, May 30th. While she was doing my nails she also made my nail bleed. While I was trying to take my nails off a month later they would not even budge. I soaked them for two hours and still nothing. I ended up going under the acrylic with a cuticle tool which hurt my nails very bad. On one of my nails the glue she used ended up taking the skin under what was left of my nail off. I am now scared of infection and it will not stop bleeding. It also has puss coming out of it which causes worry. I don't know what kind of glue this woman uses. I have never had this issue at any other salon. I don't recommend coming here at all my friend had the same issue with this place. read more

I've gone to this location a hand full of times and I'm very low maintenance two times for my hair no issue with Taylor she's passionate about her work and she will give it to you straight. I've had Gigi which was only regular nails and she's caring I've never had Sofia cause she's popular and looks to know what she's doing. But I've had two nail jobs done wrong by two different employees that I will not name shame but it's obvious that it's not the first or last time they will get complaints. Hell I should've taken the warning when a client came to show what my nail employee did wrong. But I'm writing a review and only giving 2 stars because of Sofia's action. I had called yesterday the 29th to inform her that two nails fell off. I had just gotten the dipping powder manicure done by let's say S. She said come tomorrow I was trying to explain the situation but she didn't want to hear it and I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was busy. So after my morning meeting I head to the salon to get either my money for the nail or a vulture something to prove but she wouldn't even look at my nails saying no refund and she would do the nails that have fallen off for free and at that time three nails have fallen and one was hanging on my a thread (it has already fallen off) saying I'm not understanding and I'll trying to get something in writing but didn't want to hear it and so her boyfriend,husband, or business partner had to step in because she had started to raise her voice to me. He took me outside saying my nails are warranted for two weeks. I work two jobs and I don't have time like that to indulge myself so when I do go and treat myself I want the job that I paid for done correctly. In this visit it was a birthday gift to myself. I expected better service. If you don't have a busy life and can go back soon after because their work is falling apart this place is clean it's the place for you. I just don't have the time. On the brighter side the pedicure with regular nail polish is still looking great. But I will not be returning to this location. I will take the money lose I don't need the headache or disrespect I've gotten today from someone who should be upset with the employee who missed up in the first place not the client. read more
