Was dying for a mani pedi after not having one for months. Just got done at Nail Spa for the first time and had a great experience! No appointment, just walked in. My nail technician was Kanha. Loved her! She has great attention to detail. She was very kind and both my pedicure and manicure (gel) were relaxing and well done! Will definitely go back!

Most times I make an appt. But when you have a broken nail or if you happen to chip your polish (gardening) they will take you right away. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Lee (gel nails) Thyra (pedicurist) are my favorite techs. read more

I'm renting in palm coast and found this spa. Not really a spa however very welcoming. All the employees are happy. And chat with each other and the customers. Faye did my powder mani and spa pedi. Fabulous!! I'm from NY and was not expecting the quality and perfection that I got. Will definitely go back. read more

I went to Nail Spa 2 days ago. Kanya did my pedicure. She took the cheese grater and removed every layer of skin off from my heal!!! It was so and is still so painful!!! She handed me a bandaid and told me to put it on. When I showed the manager, he offered me a gidt certificate!!!! I told him I would never come back. I wish I could post a picture of my foot. Worste pedicure of my life! read more

We were on vacation and found this place on Yelp. Cleanliness- great Staff- polite, but not warm Pedicures- good, but have had better. I personally like it when they dig a little deeper (but not painfully, of course!) to get those little nail bits that make your toes sore. My tech didn't so that. Price- $25 for a "basic" pedicure, a little high in my opinion. Color selection- excellent. read more

The name doesnt stand up to the place. Nowhere near close to "spa" experience. Place wasnt pleasant to be in, dust everywhere, everything felt just dirty and old. When the girl was giving me my change of $15, she tried to hold the $10 bill in one hand and just hand me the $5 bill. I mean come on, i always leave tips but i decide how much, what she did was unacceptable. Not coming back here. read more

I was passing through Palm Coast and needed a manicure and an eyebrow wax. I chose Nail Spa because of the close proximity to my location at the time. It was a Thursday at about 10:30, so it wasn't packed but it was a little busy and I could tell they were regulars, which is promising in a place like this. I opted for a gel manicure and the attention to detail shown by my nail tech was fantastic, from scraping the cuticles all the way to applying the gel color. The hand massage felt amazing, too! I also got an eyebrow wax and they managed to get them just right, and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my eyebrows. Also, it's worth mentioning that their gel manicure is at least five bucks cheaper than my regular place in Jacksonville and just as good. I was super happy with my service here and will definitely be back when I'm in the Palm Coast area! read more

My daughter and I were visiting from out of town. We did a quick Yelp search and found this nail salon. We both had a pedicure. Both ladies were great. A Saturday afternoon, they didn't rush and actually spent a lot of time scrubbing our feet and massaging. They also were great about talking with us. I would recommend and go back again. read more

Trying a new shop and made an appointment with Sunday. Wow I love this girl. She does such an awesome job the best I've personally ever had and I go bi-weekly for manni pedis and have since I started fighting professionally 25+ years ago it's mandatory to have nails done. In town visiting family and we decided to walk-in for pedicures. Staff was polite and did a really good job. Loved the massage chairs. There was pretty much no wait plus they were quite affordable compared to nail places we normally go to. read more

I am from Pennsylvania and needed to find a nail salon that would compare to what I am use to. FOUND IT! Salon was clean, polite and genuinely cares about their clients. I had Lee who was awesome. He recommended removing and putting new set on since some of my nails were lifting, which I knew because they were old and in need of attention. He worked quickly but did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again. read more

I Recently moved to the area. I tried two other nail salons and wasn't over joyed with the service. This salon is very clean. Arun did my toes. She was very thorough and took her time. Great pedi. Lee did a gel fill. He did a great job too. The whole time I was there someone was dusting or sweeping the floors. One of my pet peeves when I go into a nail salon is the dust from nails everywhere. Also, when Arun did my pedi she the tools came out of a sealed bag. I will definitely go back again. It is little further than I would like from my home, but it is worth the extra couple of minutes. read more

Let me just say I NEVER write reviews but this place is the worst. I had scheduled an appt. for my mother and I before my brothers wedding. When I got there they were so rude Lisa the girl that ended up doing my nails was fighting with another girl about doing my nails. She wanted to wait for another appt. that was just made over me that had sch. a week before. After she was bullied into taking me she was so rude and quiet the whole appt. Not to mention to make things even worse the started fighting over tips. The place was dirty and my nails were all different lengths.Terrible read more

I should have said something about the pain and discomfort, but after being clipped twice I was just trying to get through without crying (even the massage chair was awful). The place is beautiful and I am thankful my friend had a different technician that did a good job. I never leave bad reviews, but the prices were too high to walk away feeling brutalized and like I could have done a better job.

I would have came an another day. She told me only the one lady was a head of me. I patiently waited an hour. That is horrible business to not be honest and disrespectful of my time. Most mail places would just be honest and tell you 90 min wait . I won't tell people to go back there. I was once a satisfied customer, just bad business.
