I came here a week ago. The customer service was great my issue the cleanliness of the shop was just to mess and looked dirty to me. The nail tech who did my nails was nice but feel like she didn't throughly cleaned my nails. She did help me pick a nice color and let me try one different ones so I liked that but personally I felt like my nails still had more cuticles to clean from. read more

We made a reservation for 4 pedicures which turned into 6 by the time we arrived. This was easily accommodated with no issue. The nail techs all seemed pleasant and took great care of us. We've been to other salons where the techs were more engaging - but they did a great job on our nails. read more

If I could give zero stars for the salon, I certainly would. On March 2, 2023, I went in for a typical manicure... No gel, Just a simple manicure. The manager dug so deep on my index finger of my right hand, I asked her to stop because it hurt. The next day, I woke up, and my finger was twice the size and red and oozing pus. Since then, nearly 17 weeks later, my nail is still infected. I had to have it lanced a week ago and I'm on yet another antibiotic. In the eight months, I went to passion nails, I never once saw them use any tools that were sterilized or sprayed with a sterilization fluid. I asked about it a few times, and got no response whatsoever. When I confronted the manager about my nail infection, she dismissed it and said she sprays her tools constantly. I never saw her spray a single tool, the entire time I went there. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and perhaps now they are sterilizing their tools. But I would not put myself in a situation to get a nail infection that lasts over four months. What concerns me is the manager was dismissive of my infected finger. She at one point said she would never do another manicure, only a polish change. I would like to know how that sloves this problem. I have spent over $200 in medical costs in addition to weeks of disability, and not being able to use my right hand. One of my doctors is fearful that it was spread to my bone. read more

The place was busy!! Not a bad appearance. I like to have creative designs and it appeared only one of the girls was good and she was busy. I don't hold that against them. Busy season. It was an ok experience not great. The flow is busy so I didn't really feel like I had a pampered experience. Also, I am not a fan of filling sns to remove. It thins your nails and defeats the purpose of sns to strengthen your nails. I will only go back if I am desperate. read more

For 4 years, I have been going to Passion Nails for pedicures as my children usually give me gift certificates my birthday, Mother's Day etc. I enjoy the VIP or next level to get the extra service of lotion, massage, hot towels and so forth. This place is amazing! The staff is fun and they take their time on your nails. We were going to go to a different place and made appointments. We went at the time they told us and after waiting, they took walk ins before us so we left and came to Passion. The other place is not the way to run a business. I'm so happy I called Passion and it will be my go to place from now on. Rea did my dip nails and they look great. I'm super picky and love them. Kiri did my toes and took so much time on much neglected feet and toes. I can't wait to bring my daughter back, as they have a child chair and she can be comfortable and get her toes done too. I'm visiting the area and based on the reviews I thought it'd be a great place to go. First of all cleanliness is very important to me. Although they line the tub with plastic, nothing else seemed to be very clean. The tools my manicurist used weren't in a pouch or the cold sterile. I asked how they clean them. And I didn't get a clear answer. She said they sterilized them daily. Daily!? What about after each client??!! Not quite sure what they do. I didn't feel confident about their sterilization methods in between clients. Also the pedicure was sub par and worst gel manicure I've ever had. Started peeling 5 days later. And no way am I going back to a dirty place for a redo. Spare yourself the waste of money and pick a different salon. read more

A few things bothered me, they didn't change the towel they had on the table from the last person, then she started cutting my cuticles with a utensil that did not appear to be sterilized...when I asked her about that she said it was but if I didn't like it I should bring my own...,what??? I had two great experiences here last week! I recently moved here and was looking for a place to do a gel nail manicure and a spa pedicure. I looked at reviews and chose Passion Nails. I called to make an appointment and was greeted on the phone by a nice young lady, Maylia. She was able to get me an appointment the same day. I decided to take my 4-year old granddaughter so I called back, and they had me come 30 minutes later for her. My granddaughter saw Deleana. Deleana was so friendly and gentle with my granddaughter, and she also did a great job to make my granddaughter's fingernails and toenails look awesome. When I went back later in the day for my appointment, I got lost. I called and Maylia patiently helped me find my way. I saw Rea, and she was so nice and conversational! I loved her methods of taking care of my nails. When I first arrived my nails were in horrible shape from unpacking boxes. When I left my nails looked awesome and healthy! The lady that did my nails talked to someone else in her language the ENTIRE time I was there. I got SNS & each of my nails was a different length and shape. The nails were lumpy and when I said something TWICE she ignored me! It took FOREVER and was a complete waste of my time and money. I have gone to several nail salons in the Palm Coast area since moving here 3 months ago. Passion Nails has been the best and I will be going here on a regular basis. I get liquid gel nails and gel polish, and I get pedicures on a regular basis and I have been very pleased with their work every time. All the operators are friendly and professional.The techs were very helpful in choosing the product that would suit me best, explaining the differences and benefits of each. Do not waste your time going here! I've been four times now. The first time I went I got sent away because they didn't have colored acrylic and weren't interested in taking off my nails and getting my business. Second time I came in with my nails removed to have a full set and painted. The lady did a great job and I thought I found my new place. Third time I brought in a simple design to have done on one finger, a heart... It literally looked like my two year old did it.. They were in a hurry to do my fill and left my real nail underneath there without filing it down and all week they kept getting caught on my hair.. Today I go in hoping that it would be good like before, giving it one more shot and of course no one is working that knows how to do a fill just one pedicure lady who literally told me to go down the road to another nail salon. Did not enjoy the expierence! Went in for a pedicure with my mother. Yes, they did open SOME of the new utensils and clippers that they used in front of us but they still had a very used foot scrubber. That was where they lost my desire to ever come back. The foot scrubber looked like it had seen way to many feet. Then the maintenance tech proceeded to wash the scrubber in my foot bath while my feet were in it, GROSS! They also put this really sticky stuff all over my legs, and it made then feel sticky and gross all day. Finally, they had the door open and flies kept landing on my legs! I went home and immediately poored peroxide over my toe nails. The owners were alright, but when the maintenance tech offered me wine the owner just laughed at him and never gave it to me.
