This location is great - the staff are all friendly and welcoming, which is really nice when you walk in for the first time feeling a little unsure. I came here for first time last year and the massage therapist at the time, Michael, was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately he's no longer here but so far I've been really impressed. Today I had a facial and it was relaxing and my skin looked so good afterwards! Amazing!!!! When I am town I try to always go and see a sweet lady named Ayna ( not sure of spelling). God gave this masseuse a gift with her hands. She knows exactly what she is doing. When she finds a troubled spot she works it until it's not so much a problem when you leave. I have sent me daughter and her husband to her and they also love her. The only negative is I'm a member at a different location and they charge me the difference between what each location charges. Other then that the service I received was worth it. read more

Am I in massage ( and facial ) heaven or what??? From the time that I checked in at the front desk with Laurie, Nina or Megan, I knew that I was in for a real treat! When you book on the website, you can tailor your session based on your needs. My massages with Allie were simply the best. I have had her as my therapist many times. She makes sure that my profile reflects my current needs. On to the massage....Allie used just the perfect pressure during the session and really alleviated the muscular tension that I had. She routinely checked back with me to ensure that we were on the right path! Saddest part of the session was when it was over What a fab facial with Teresa! She did an oversight of my skin, asked questions about my own routine, and went on to give me an amazing skin session. I also had some enhancements- eyes and neck - to add to the overall success of the facial. I was sooo thrilled about these two practitioners that my husband uses them also! We also joined the Massage Envy program. You can use the monthly sessions wherever there is an ME! You don't use them one month, they simply roll over to the next. I called in and booked a last min appointment at around 1130 am they said they had a 2pm appointment available and due to unforseen circumstances I wasn't able to make the appointment. I was still charged for the full hour session even though and hour and a half earlier the space was vacant.! I never do things like this for myself and I needed it badly and I cannot afford to go somewhere else now that they took my money I'm pretty disappointed to say the least! read more

I can't speak to the massage, but I can tell you my experience with poor customer service here. As a surprise for my moms birthday, I called and spoke to a sales associate about paying for the appointment. I gave my credit card details and trusted that my gift would be executed as discussed. On her birthday, I was shocked to find out that my mom had paid for her massage. I called the manager Christina. She expressed very little empathy when she apologized for the "little mix up" that had occurred. My concerns were not taken seriously. It wasn't until a lot of back and forth that I was offered a small concession of another massage at the intro rate. I can't say whether I recommend their services, but it seems like their system is flawed and their management doesn't take it seriously. read more

If you are a member of Massage Envy from out-of-town, beware: you might well be treated like a second class member! I have been a member for TWELVE years, long before the Palm Coast salon opened. But when it opened I was pleased, not having to travel to Jacksonville for a massage! Everything was fine; therapists were great, and receptionists were great; until I was told I was not a member of the Palm Coast location, and could not get an appointment until they had exhausted all requests from members of the Palm Coast location! In fact, appointments I had were cancelled more than once because the location was busy. After using up my credits, I have cancelled my membership. BEWARE out-of-town members! read more

The therapists were wonderful but I joined Massage envy in 2012 and added my husband to my account after returning from overseas duty. The contract stated that they would never raise our monthly fees. Today we made appointments at the Palm Coast location to try it out. They never said there was a $15 upcharge from Winter Park yet after our sessions they charged us $15 upcharges. I have traveled a great deal in the last 34 years of military service and have never been charged a upcharge. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who signed up for a service that is charged monthly whether you go or not and does not allow you to use it when you travel which is the whole choice I made to sign up. read more

Before signing a contract with this company please be aware of all hidden clauses. I thought I was getting into a 1 year contract so after the year I wanted to cancel. Also before the year was up I had accrued 6 visits, one I gave to my daughter to use, the others I couldn't gift them so I had 5 visits left. Because I had visits left they said I couldn't accrued more visits so they put on a $10 maintenance plan until I use my visits. My $10 a month didn't do anything but keep my account open without accruing more visits. Well I got tired of paying $10 for nothing so I wanted to cancel but I got hit with a cancellation fee which absorbed all of my 5 visits I accrued, $ 300 plus the 10 dollars down the drain. I wasn't aware a cancellation fee was going to be almost $400! Also COVID hit so I didn't feel comfortable getting a message. I was hoping to keep some of my visits from when times got better but I guess not. Bottom line is read, ask question and don't get into anything with this company unless you are fully informed! My bad for trusting their representatives when they swindled me into joining them. read more

The worst service I have ever had in any spa but more importantly Massage Envy. The front office clerk "Billy" actually hung up on me. I do not recommend this place at all and I will be blogging about this low quality service every chance I get. 10 minutes after confirming the appointment they called me to say the masseuse was very sick (they didnt know this when I called 10 minutes before) and when I asked "Billy" for his last name he hung up on me. When I called back immediately after he hung up, the desk claimed he wasnt available. Stay clear Palm Cost residents and visitors. I came in today for an hour massage that I got as a birthday preset from my MIL. I was really looking forward to it honestly, I'm a mom of 2, work a full time job, and I'm a full time college student so I really needed it. I had Anthony as my masseuse. My appointment was at 10:45 and my massage got started at 10:55. They ask you where you are okay with/would like to be worked on at. I chose back, neck, feet, face, and chest. I never got asked to flip on my back to have my face/chest massaged and was told the massage was over at 11:40. So I really did not get a full hour or the full affects of the massage. Im disappointed in the massage that i received today because I feel like I didn't get the full affect of the massage and it was a waste of money. Also the masseuse was not fully prepared as he left the room 10 minutes into the massage to get his massage cream. I would recommend not coming here, look around at someone who is more personal (like dragonfly bodyworks here in Palm Coast) and runs their own business opposed to a large business like Massage Envy. read more
