Most people do not understand how weekly massages helps keep you healthy and can promote faster healing for aging and injuries, when combined other contributors. I was told I could not get better, but only worse and the degeneration would eventually require surgery. This month I am being discharged from physical therapy at Mayo Clinic. At one point I had to spend several months using a cane, walking sticks and at times, even a wheelchair. If you do the research, you will see how science supports what happened to me: Mayo Clinic describes neuromuscular massage as: "Specialized manipulation of muscles, tissues and joints that increases circulation, rids the body of harmful toxins, boosts the immune system, soothes aching muscles, reduce pain, and decreases stress and swelling." For over 30 yrs. Joanne has dedicated her life and a career with a love of massage and healing. I also do believe that JoAnn is especially gifted in what she does, professionally and spiritually. Obviously, if you are an atheist, you can just ignore the last comment.
