I would not recommend this place to anyone who is "shy". This is the first place I've been to where i didn't have on underwear, but that being said i have never had anyone release the tension in my glutes, lower back and upper thighs like this in my life. I am a powerlifter/bodybuilder and those areas are like bricks. I told her to go hard, and she got above me and used elbows. I've never felt so supple and relaxed in my life. Who I would recommend this place to is somebody that wants total body relief in one session. I came in with a sore back and a locked up spasming neck. She worked my traps and lower back better than anyone ever has before. I dove in and did the full 90 minutes and had such a great experience I sent my husband there as well. She helped us understand what we can do to help each other cope and ease some of the pain we have from our years of military service.
