You're not paying for a fancy place with a dozen or more techs. This small establishment prides itself on putting the customer's needs first. If your looking for anything to do with nails DONT COME HERE. I came here for a simple French tip and some glitter and when I tell you it's the worst set of nails I've ever had I could do them way better. The first picture is what I asked for the 2nd is what what I got. They were both having trouble getting it right so they kept switching over from me and the guy there couldn't even shape my nails straight. I didn't want to be rude so I accepted it and spent the $90 on the set and my toes. My toes were a simple white color with glitter and some how they jacked that up too. I walked out very disappointed and went too another nail place to get them reshaped and repainted and they did amazing! I really hope they don't go on too mess up other peoples nails like they did mine. read more

My mom and I both got our nails done today. We both have acrylic over our natural nails. A woman did my nails and a man did my moms. They did a really great job! The prices are much better than the other nail places in the area. We will definitely be coming back! Thank y'all so much!! read more

Do not get your nails done here. I wasted over 3 hours of my life tonight at this salon and walked out with my nails worse than when I walked in. I asked for them to refill my dip and the guy jacked them up. He had no idea what he was doing. Then they offered me to just not pay but I did not want to walk around with jacked up nails for two weeks so I asked them to remove them. They did a crap job removing them. No remorse. No apology. The guy was watching tv and even yelled at me when I told him I couldn't come back tomorrow to have them redone. I'm mind blown that a nail Place does such a horrible job. And I'm pissed I wasted 3 hours away from my kids for nothing. They couldn't even remove all the nail polish. My nails are dinged, chipped, and brittle. If you're looking to get a basic manicure or pedicure, this is your place. No frills. No glam. No conversation. The front area where they do nails is very basic = table + chair + lamp. Color selection is the norm but even the sample colors were limited on the mannequin hands. The massage w/pedicure was less than 2 minutes on each leg. HORRIBLE!!! I went in here on a Saturday and hour and a half before they closed. It was completely empty. I got a fill in and it looks terrible. The polish has patches in it, it is on my skin, there are lumps and cracks in it. I went back the next morning to find the same 2 employees in the salon. I requested a refund as I did not want the same person doing my nails that messed them up the first time. They told me no and that my nails look good but they would fix it!! I again told them no and if they dont have someone else I didn't want the service. After my husband argued with the very rude owner for 10 minutes he finally offered to refund half of my service. After my husband and I sat down we noticed the place was a bit dirty and worn down the technician that took care of my husband just pulled out cuticle cutters from a drawer I suspect they were not sterilized while my tech Took his cutters from the machine the most i hate about this place he did not put anything on my cuticles to soften them so he was yanking them he made a little cut but basically he was yanking on my cuticles that's not the right way hands-down this was the worst manicure I have ever received read more

My sister in law, mother in law and myself went in here on a Saturday at 530, not one person in there, that's when we should've walked out. My MIL got jus a basic manicure hers was okay, I had gel polish on my nails and wanted to get another color done, the lady started me with a soak off, and it was not goin well my SIL, and MIL were both done before my nails were even soaked off to get new color, I told him just to put clear polish on me I'll get them done somewhere else because after he started painting my nails it looked like a 3 year old was doin it, not to mention he broke 3 of my nails and asked me if I wanted him to super glue them. My SIL opted for a pedi. He basically soaked her feet, used a cheese grater finished them off and then painted them. No massage no relaxation, nothing!!! Worst experience ever!! And still made us pay full price even tho I didn't even get a gel manicure like I went in for!! read more

Went in with my friend today. There was 2 others getting pedis. We were told to pick our colors... NEVER once was there a HELLO. Same with when we left, usually after you pay you get a thank you.. NOTHING! Worse.. 2 others came in after us for pedicures, stating they had appointments, my tech. was ready to get up 1/2 through me to start someone else! Never coming back. I got a mani/pedi and I will say that the actual pedicure was fine but when it came to my polish it was NOT fine. I got a flat color on my toes and for some reason they used a glitter top coat?? I had them redo it and all they did was paint over it again. My french tips look good from afar but when you look up close there are missing spots where the polish SHOULD be. There are also dark spots mixed in with the white somehow. It was so difficult to talk to them. I never heard a word of English come out of their mouth. I also got the exact same thing done as someone else but they charged me 10 bucks more. I had to give a poor review because while my daughter was getting a simple manicure, for no reason they drilled her nails, ruining the actual nail leaving a bump and yellow stain that was not from her white nail polish. She had to wait several weeks until they bump grew out and the stain was gone. I do not recommend this place at all. They also messed up the polish and didn't fix it when I asked. read more

I've frequented this nail salon for years and had only good things to say until recently. I get pedicures every 3 weeks and have never had a problem with the polish getting messed up until 3 visits ago. I wear open toe shoes at all times so there's no reason for them to get messed up but I figured out why. This salon is putting a different brand of polish in OPI bottles to make you think it's OPI!! On my last visit I picked up a bright blue polish and noticed it was called Japanese Rose Garden. I googled this polish and it's a mauve color NOT BRIGHT BLUE! That's why my polish isn't lasting more than a week and half now. Sad I'll have to find another salon after all this time that uses real OPI polish! read more

I normally don't review poorly but feel can't stand when staff is rude to paying customers. Staff was not very attentive. My feet are almost as rough on the heels as when I came in the door. Pedicure was very basic. Had to have polished removed because Polish was all over my cuticles. One other nail was partially I painted. They put plastic ziplock bags on your feet as a substitute for hot towels. I don't recommend and will not be going back read more

I have been going here for my Pedis since they opened. No complaints until one of "guys" did my Pedi. He was too rough!! The bottoms of my feet hurt for a couple days.
