They did a thorough job of explaining to me that they would do the x-rays and if everything looked good, they'd move forward to a cleaning. My wife got the same explanation. I did my x-rays, got my teeth cleaned, and when finished went to the front office to pay. I had already handed the young woman handling my payment my credit card when my wife came running up to tell me to make sure they don't bill me for her service. She said they took her x-rays and weren't going to proceed with a normal cleaning but instead wanted $700 to do a deep clean, which she refused. She was told by her hygienist that she wouldn't be charged for the x-rays either since they weren't moving forward with service. The young woman handling my payment, completely ignored all of that, and ran my credit card for both cleanings with a slight discount attached to my wife's part of the bill - just charging her for x-rays. What really added insult, though was the smirk on her face which was kind of like a "gotchya." I don't know why she found it. Funny to screw us on that bill, but I didn't find it funny at all. We spent a few days trying to get communication with the office manager and work everything out professionally. We got zero help from their office so we turned it over to our credit card company and initiate a charge back which we successfully obtained. I would also add that when I got home and looked at my teeth in the mirror I could immediately tell that it was a horrible effort to clean my teeth. I still had a decent amount of plaque in several areas and it was easy to see. I've never been to a dentist who didn't offer me a mirror as soon as the cleaning was over show me what my teeth looked like. All in all will never be back and we'll tell everybody about our experience.

Cross Creek was assigned as my preferred dentist by my network, and I am SO GLAD THEY WERE! I have extreme dental anxiety after some previous experiences in other dental offices and a traumatic dental accident a few years back. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so cared for! The front staff was extremely kind and quick. I waited under 5 minutes for my appointment time -- I felt they were so efficient at every step. The dental assistant who took my x-rays and performed my cleaning was equally as kind. I expressed my concerns with my dental anxiety and let her know I was in tears and on the verge of a panic attack. She did not make feel embarrassed whatsoever. She was extremely calm and accommodating and made me feel very seen and cared for during my panic. She offered to go slower or stopped if needed and made sure to check in throughout to ensure I was ok. I wish I remembered her name because I was so grateful for her ease and calming presence in that moment (other dental offices can be very passive and almost annoyed at this). The cleaning was quick and once I met with the dentist, I had already had a phenomenal experience. The dentist gave me a thorough check and was very communicative the whole way through. He was also calm and collected! I appreciated this visit so much and I plan to continue coming here!!
