I had a very disappointing experience. On August 1, my son had his first appointment, where they…read moretook X-rays and the dentist told me he had four cavities. I then spoke with another staff member who gave me the treatment cost, and I understood that the estimate was for all four cavities. When we arrived for his treatment appointment on August 20, there was a different dentist. They treated three cavities, and I was told that the fourth cavity would not be treated and would instead be monitored. I was not informed about this change before the appointment. I was very disappointed by the lack of communication and clarity throughout the process. I should have been clearly informed beforehand about what was included in the treatment plan and what the plan was for the fourth cavity. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this dental office and I cannot recommend it.

They were very thorough with the cleaning, etc. but at the end they wanted me to agree to a couple grand for one filling and one crown. Even if I actually need these things, there is no way these services should be so expensive. When I declined the lady went into the pushy questions "any particular reason?" Yeah, because you are going out of your way to rip me off. Stay away from these sleazy scammers, find yourself a small dentist with a person's name on the building. Corporate scammers who want you to help them pay for their fancy office and shiny expensive dental toys. All that said, the cleaning was excellent, this place would be great if not for their greed.

Cross Creek was assigned as my preferred dentist by my network, and I am SO GLAD THEY WERE! I have extreme dental anxiety after some previous experiences in other dental offices and a traumatic dental accident a few years back. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so cared for! The front staff was extremely kind and quick. I waited under 5 minutes for my appointment time -- I felt they were so efficient at every step. The dental assistant who took my x-rays and performed my cleaning was equally as kind. I expressed my concerns with my dental anxiety and let her know I was in tears and on the verge of a panic attack. She did not make feel embarrassed whatsoever. She was extremely calm and accommodating and made me feel very seen and cared for during my panic. She offered to go slower or stopped if needed and made sure to check in throughout to ensure I was ok. I wish I remembered her name because I was so grateful for her ease and calming presence in that moment (other dental offices can be very passive and almost annoyed at this). The cleaning was quick and once I met with the dentist, I had already had a phenomenal experience. The dentist gave me a thorough check and was very communicative the whole way through. He was also calm and collected! I appreciated this visit so much and I plan to continue coming here!!
