Other stylists take days to respond and some do not even respond. I told her what i wanted sent a picture of what I had and she told me the price up front. $200-$300. I was cool with that. You can't put a price on quality. So she scheduled me with the soonest available. Her shop is so cute and nice. We met, I showed her my hair, told her exactly what I wanted. She was honest about what to expect and told me the final price up front. I could've done a color correction but i decided to take the risk of having different colors... my roots were lighter at the time and darker at the bottom so I asked for a balayage and color melt to darken the roots. She worked super fast which was surprising because I've taken much longer with other stylists, nonetheless I am in love with the results!! It turned out exactly how I wanted it to and on top of that the damage was not bad at all because she used Olaplex with the bleach which helps protect the hair during the process. I was a hesitant to go after reading a bad review someone gave her on here, but I'm glad I took the risk and I think she deserves my time and energy to post a well-deserved good review :) I would definitely recommend her service! As a man, I like my eyebrows to stay thick and natural, not thin and not shaped like a woman's eyebrows. I even showed her a picture of a man with thick eyebrows so there would be absolutely no confusion. Despite that, she completely ignored my instructions and ended up messing up one of my eyebrows by making it thinner than I asked for. When I pointed it out, instead of listening or acknowledging the mistake, she started arguing with me and insisting that I was the one who was wrong. That level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If you're providing a service, the bare minimum is to listen to your customer and respect what they ask for. Instead, she kept contradicting me and making excuses instead of taking responsibility. I went there because of the positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. She clearly does not listen to customers and does not know how to handle eyebrows for men. I would not recommend this place at all. I didn't let her finish my other eyebrow and left without paying, never coming back and glad of what I did.
