Amazing company and crew to work with. Nothing but great communication and top notch workers throughout the whole experience. The owner, Bryan was at our job site just about everyday someone was there as well as his project manager, Enrique to oversee everything. I asked A LOT of questions throughout, (as this was our first time doing something like this) and they were very patient with me and helped me understand the whole process. I can't say enough about the great work, cleanliness and friendly workers they had come to our house. Each one definitely showed pride in their work and it showed. I have to say they were also on top of timing everything so well that we weren't waiting forever in between each job. It all went smoothly and efficiently. We are extremely happy with our experience and how beautiful our pool and whole yard has turned out. Thank you LRG pools! I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and would rate them #1!

    now we just need furniture...

LRG was referred to us by some friends that used them for their pool installation and they were really happy with the results, so - we reached out as well. The process from start to finish was very professional, they were always willing to take time to answer any questions, explain the process/etc. From the design perspective, they had great recommendations and a good eye for what we were looking for. From an installation perspective, they were on time, hard-working, and got stuff done when they said they would. We couldn't be happier with the results! I highly recommend LRG Pools. Services: General construction, Inground pool installation, Swimming pool water feature construction, Design, Spa & hot tub installation, Custom Swimming pool design

Patio cover, pool, concrete and turf all provided by LRG.

North Fontana. We had 3 different pool companies come out and give us a quotes last September. After realizing this project was going to be expensive regardless of who we chose, we decided to choose quality and that's how we landed on LRG POOLS. We had sod and a small section of pavers with a gazebo.. LRG was able to give us: - 16x32' rectangle pool - 3 fire bowls -lights inside pool & spa -pebble tech -pentair equipment + phone control of pumps -concrete & turf alongside pool -patio cover with (8) recessed lights & one outlet -new driveway paved -gazebo bolted in cement In addition they referred a Gate and Stucco guy who were excellent ( Jefferey & Steven). Overall, the process took 6 months start to finish. We had tons of rain, snow and everything in between that pushed us back a bit. Throughout the process, LRG owner, Bryan was always more than willing to meet our needs and suggest new ideas for our project. Bryan and the Project Manager, Enrique, really made us feel like we were a priority and never complained about changes or questions we had. That's what really makes the project, being heard. I would and have recommended these guys all day long. If you're looking for ONE company to take care of you? LRG should be your first choice. Fair pricing, excellent timing and decent subcontractors. Thank you Bryan and Enrique, because of you two and your company we have everything we wanted and MORE.

We really wanted to work with them as we loved their pictures of their work. But the poor responsiveness and follow up was a huge red flag

Knowing that we cannot go without a working unit throughout the summer, I needed service quick. Going through Yelp, I texted Superior (because of the great reviews, I needed someone trustworthy). I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. Kudos to Superior for their prompt service and dedication to customers in need!

As with any large project, there were a few issues that came up along the way. What impressed us most was how quickly and professionally they addressed our concerns. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for quality work and excellent customer service. It's hard to find a company that stands behind its work and truly cares about customer satisfaction, and this team did exactly that.

He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. Our pool cleaner gave high praise on the resurfacing work when he arrived for the first cleaning! Highly recommend for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space -- quality work, fair pricing, and a timeline that'll surprise you.

Once all the materials were ordered and ready, the actual work was completed in about a week, which I was really happy about. Tamir kept everything organized and the crew stayed on schedule. I paid him $160/mo and he shows up for 10 mins tops to skim and sometimes brushes, that's it. I've checked the chemical levels a day after he services the pool and on numerous occasions there is no chlorine and the other chemicals are out of balance. In fact, in order to have the pool look half way decent, I've been the one to add chemicals throughout the week. He dismisses it by saying I have a difficult pool. He calls himself a professional and says he's been doing it for many years, yet he can't give any guidance on how to fix things and maintain a clean pool. My wife called the office to make a complaint and Tim was extremely rude to her. He yelled at her and was condescending. This is unacceptable behavior and anything but professional. You do not talk to your clients this way, it is completely disrespectful. If you are considering Quality Pool Care, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Tim, of Quality Pool Care, came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and went step by step to return my pool to it's pristine condition, including an acid wash. After all that was done, he added the needed chemicals for my saltwater pool and checked all the equipment to make sure everything was in good working order. He also made sure that I understood how everything works so I'm more knowledgeable about my pool's maintenance general. If I ever have another issue with my pool, I will definitely call Quality Pool Care first.
