We called the number on the towing sign and were directed to the Fullerton location. The person on the phone also informed us about the operating hours, which I appreciated since my husband could not be patient enough and wanted to get the car immediately. The location is quite hard to locate, as we must enter a narrow path on the side of another building (5455). The office is at the end of that pathway with no parking, and we communicated with the lady through a metal gate. We provided the driver's license, credit card (4% fees), and key fob since the other documents were in the car. We read and signed the paper to release the vehicle. It took about 5 minutes for the whole process. Though it was not a pleasant experience, if your car is towed, you could bring another person to help handle the situation, as you would probably be stressed out and agitated. It would be good not to vent to the cashier lady -- as she was not the one who calls and tows your car. If you are not at fault, talk to the property managers or bring it to court.

The first 2 guys I talked to were very rude and the guy at the window was nice. They only take credit cards or cash and charge you 4% extra if you use a credit card. Bring cash or your bank card and they have a ATM that only charges 1.8%. Or just get cash before hand. They are super shady though and just want to add more fees and make it difficult. They moved my car from one location to the other, of course I'm taking uber since my car was towed and had to spend another $19 going to the second location.

I called and asked for a quote, was advised price, texted my exact location and where I needed to go, and bam, they were on scene within the promised 20 minutes. OF course, OC has the freeway service trucks to help but they can only tow you literally off the freeway, I was like, no thanks, they're already on the way no need to move it twice. Went one Yelp, first place, mind you in the city I was in, 2-hr wait! Then a city over, according to Yelp, I called AN Flatbed, Stuardo answered 15-20min ETA. Provided me price and payment options. Described his little truck. I waited to cancel my roadside request, just in case. Stuardo came in the time he indicated. He had to rush to another car, said he would provide me with the invoice later (so I can get reimbursement by my insurance). Within an hour or so he texted and emailed me the receipt!
