First thing I can say is communication, professionalism, and their customer service is the best. They came out a year before to help us see if our insurance would pay due to hail damage. He presented great information and came out and met with adjuster. Unfortunately the insurance denied the damage. Our roof is ancient. At the time we didn't really have the funds to do it. They do offer easy financing but at the time didn't do that. Felt bad as they put so much into everything So now a year later we were ready to go through. We got one other quote, that company was horrible to deal with. We contact Loyalty back. They actually honored the origins quote. Pricing was very competitive and they offered a great warranty. Pricing was a little higher day of due to unforeseen damage to roof rot but explain with pictures, pricing for replacement was already told in contract. So no surprises. Our roof was 35 yrs old so we new to expect extra. We were able to get appt I a few weeks. They explained process and everything went just as told. The crew was amazing, did it all in one day. Clean up superb. Romulo came back at end of day to get dumpster (on wheels so no damage to driveway) and to do walk around. Made sure all ok and wanted to make sure we were happy and what else could he do. Our neighbors had theirs done as well with same experience and results. They had referred them to us. When I first contacted LRS, it was for a small leak in the roof and we were deciding whether to repair or replace the whole roof. Rô took a look and have us our options. Ultimately, we decided to sit with a sales person and move forward with the roof replacement. Was LRS the cheapest quote we received? No. But they were by far the most responsive and personable group of people we met with. This ultimately took about a week to complete due to some additional trim work that needed to be done but Rô was in constant contact and letting us know who would be by, what they were doing that day, and when they would be done. He even came back to do a full walk around the property and check everything himself. We had one request to change something after the project completed and Rô was more than happy to accommodate. He was perfect on every end of this. He has his own dumpster, which was in and out in under 24 hrs and perfectly placed. Day of: he showed up on time, had his own bathroom facilities for his crew (Who does that?!? What a pro!), and got right to work! They did a 2500 sf two-story house in a day, took down the stupid antenna from 1980, added a vent pipe, and put on 2 rain diverters. They cleaned up nicely, left only a small glove and a two nails (in the bushes). That's impressive! Beyond: You'd never even know the production that went on in just a day unless you witnessed it. Professional and class all the way. A great team and crew. The roof is gorgeous! Truly impressed! I can't say enough great things. When you spend that much money, it's always so scary. Terrible service. Be careful with this company. Use this company a couple of years ago, the roof starts to leak very bad. I called them when the leaking started, and it took 7 days for them to come to check. They said the leaking is due to clogged drain. The roof is leaking in different area today, I called and they refused to come to check. They insist the leaking is due to clogged drain, and they won't come back untill the clogged drain was fixed. I explained to them the leaking is close to the skylight. Then they told me the leaking is due to the age of skylight. I explained to them again and again, the leaking has nothing to do with the skylight itself, the leaking is close to the skylight area. They still refused to come to check. This is what they told me: "if you want me to come inspect the roof again at no cost to you, send proof that you addressed the issues I found back late last year if not, it's a emergency visit fee of $497 paid upfront or as you mention: Legal Litigation." This company is ridiculous. I paid a lot of money for them to do the spray roof for me, and it is still under warranty. The roof is leaking a lot and they refused to come to check the leaking. I don't trust this company any more. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

As the first snow of the winter of 2015-2016 approaches I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found Loyalty Home Solutions. I was very much impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic. Instead of playing phone tag we spoke on the phone regularly, we communicated through emails and text messages, we also did some of the payments electronically (for my convenience while I was out of town traveling). This is so rare in a small Home Improvement company and you really appreciate it if you have been strung along by some other fly-by-night company. My sad tale started in January of last winter. We have a fairly big two story and we had a lot of ice damage. I spent a lot of time on a 30 foot ladder chopping ice and cursing myself for not replacing the 20+ year old roof over the previous summer, as I had planned. While I was up there, I noted that all of the trim boards which face the sun, were in bad shape and also needed to be replaced. We had some leaks around 3 decorative dormers in the front of the house and a lot of damage around the sewer vent pipe over the master bath in the back of the house. We also replaced the gutters and downspouts as well as installed gutter helmets to keep the leaves and pine needles out (I usually have to clear the gutters 3 or 4 times a year but am hoping that is a thing of the past). We own the former "Show Home" in our development, as such it was the first one built. I started searching for a roofer in July and we decided to go with a friend of a friend, who was highly recommended. He gave us a good estimate and said he would do the job in September. I started getting really nervous late September when almost all of the other homes in the neighborhood were getting their roofs replaced and our roofer had not started yet, or returned my calls. He strung us along for over 3 months, he never picked up the phone on the first call and we played phone tag for weeks. Finally, the Monday after Thanksgiving, I left him a message that he was fired. To his credit he called me back and apologized and admitted he was over committed and did not blame me for firing him. Earlier I called several roofers and left messages, Laryssa from Loyalty was the first one to call me back, I told her my story and she understood my concern. Romulo was out the next day to walk the property with me and I got a written estimate within a day or two. By the weekend I hired them, turns out they had done some of the other homes in the neighborhood (including the house across the street from us). I did not expect to see them for at least 2-3 weeks but was surprised to hear that they had an opening and could start about a week later. I had my first good night's sleep in weeks. They were here about a week, it was a big job and they worked from sunup to sundown and a little past that (with headlamps) to make sure we were sealed up tight each night. As can happen, we had some additional damage to the decking, that we did not know about until the shingles were off, which had to be fixed. On the final day, Sunday morning, I was leaving the house and Romulo was there with one other guy. They had damaged a window screen during the week and were going to fix it but needed to go to the store for more screen material. As I left I asked him if he would fix another screen I had inside the house. I had damaged that screen myself over the previous winter (with my roof rake). When I got home my wife told me that they replaced all the screens not just the ones that were damaged (I never saw an extra bill for that). I feel 100% confident that if we have any issues like last winter, Laryssa and Romulo will be there to first answer the phone and then stand behind their work.
