He is kind, attentive and thoughful. A full roof replacement is a big investment, so feeling informed and confident throughout the process really mattered to us, and Tim made sure we always did. He even managed to get us an earlier start date than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. I was just as impressed with the rest of the crew. They documented every stage of the process, took great care to protect the surrounding work area, and left everything clean at the end of each day. What really stood out most was Tim's character. It is clear that he is passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to do the best job he can, and that is something you don't come across very often. He took what could have been a really stressful experience and made it feel completely manageable. I honestly wish every service provider was like Tim and GreatWay Roofing. I would highly recommend them for any roofing project!

Tim's honesty and integrity spoke volumes to us. We plan to have GreatWay come out again next year for inspection and I've already recommeded them to a bunch of my friends.

Ron Martin, Juan, and the crew did an outstanding job of communication, scheduling, physical labor, and clean up. The work looks terrific. From estimate to completion of the job, Martin Roofing did excellent work. They are prompt, professional, neat, and courteous. Roofing is expensive and they were very reasonable in price. I highly recommend them. One further thing. The Martin Roofing workers exhibited tremendous patience, self-restraint, and fortitude when they were confronted during the work by a nearby irrational person. Their professional response demonstrated a personal integrity that says a lot about the quality of workers and Martin Roofing itself. For that response, a tip of the hat goes to them.

The mix of 20 year old rubbish, dry rot, saw dust and glue from cut plywood stuck to everything within reach. Car parked in the driveway became matted with the mix. Concrete path on the side of the house was covered with the mixture up to an inch, same with windows, jasmine bushes and other growth next to the fence, consequently killing the bloom and causing further drying out and decay. When attention was brought to it, promise was made to remedy this negligence. The solution according to Juan or Jose (as he was introduced by one of the workers) was to call the office. Upon speaking with the office man who not only didn't offer proper introduction, but refused to introduce himself even after introduction was made on my side, proceeded to insult me. Treat me with with rudeness and disrespect. Such as "what do you want us to do? Dig out your flowers? We are not gardeners. How about you call back in an hour when you calm down. I actually was calm. I was upset and caught by surprise due to the disrespect I was treated with. Never the less I called back later on the office number which states that the phone calls are being recorded. Hoping I will get someone else on the phone, but I got the same man I refer to now as Ass, since he again refused to introduce himself. And while he toned down a bit still he was inappropriate. Again he did not offer to remedy the negligence, instead he requested to call back on the other number the number that did not have recording and hung up on me. This experience makes me wonder about a lot of things. Most importantly, are these men naturally belligerent, hoping that this will stop someone from holding them responsible for their negligence? Especially when on their website they make this promise: " THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HONESTY & INTEGRITY, from preparation to clean-up, we perform all work to perfection and our superior quality workmanship is guaranteed. So rest assured if the work is done by us you are backed with experience & pride. Each job is treated like it's my mother's home, or like it's my own home. " Ron Martin, Owner

I worried about the disruption to our lives, the expense, and especially having people working in our home for an extended period of time. From the very beginning, All Pro Construction made the entire process so much easier than I anticipated. Their team was professional, respectful, dependable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. Saul and Gabby listened to what we wanted, answered our questions, and kept us informed throughout the project. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and their willingness to make sure everything was done right. Even when unexpected issues came up--as they inevitably do with a remodel--they worked through them and found solutions rather than taking shortcuts. The transformation of our kitchen is amazing. It feels like a completely different home, and we absolutely love the finished result. After living with our 1982 kitchen for so many years, it is hard to believe this beautiful, updated kitchen is actually ours! Most importantly, the experience was far less stressful than I had feared. We are so glad we finally took the plunge, and we are extremely grateful that we chose All Pro Construction to do the job. We would wholeheartedly recommend All Pro Construction to anyone considering a kitchen remodel. They did an outstanding job, and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen!

Creative Roofing Solutions was one of three companies that I had do a free estimate on a roof…read morereplacement. Though I don't have any leaks, I was concerned about El Niño pending and the fact that my roof was over 25 years old. Creative sent Salvador out to do the free assessment. After inspecting my roof he said that the previous company that had done the roof had done an excellent job with excellent materials. He thought it had 3-5 more years of life. He offered to do some general maintenance and repairs plus clean the gutters for $300. No other company mentioned an alternative. Within a day Jon, the owner of Creative Roofing sent me two bids; one for replacement and one for the repairs. He also included a link to the asphalt tiles they use, which was helpful. They had the lowest replacement bid of the 3 companies. Salvador came out and did the repairs. I was very pleased with all aspects of working with this company.

Amazing experience from start to finish!…read more I am getting solar and they would not install since my roof was not in the best condition. The quote I got was the best price for the amount of good reviews they had. Jon is very responsive, did not make (too much) fun of my silly questions, and overall great to work with. They were very up front with the cost and what additional costs might be incurred during the job. That is scary to hear, but they did not find too many areas of concern and only had to replace a few pieces. It was communicated and I agreed upon it before they did any additional work or added any cost. They were too nice and did not even ask me to move my vehicles (I did before their scheduled arrival, which they were on time for). They worked tirelessly throughout the day and were respectful of the property. Nothing was damaged and they cleaned before leaving each day. There was a bit of misunderstanding that Salvador did not know he was supposed to do the small section attached to the house as well, but they happily came out again a few days later. This just makes me feel that much more comfortable that they would be responsive if there are any other issues I may encounter in the future. Only time will tell how well it will hold up. However, it seems like quality work and I am a happy camper with the great looking new roof. I will not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone! Thanks again!
