To be transparent, we are property owners, so this review is from the owner's point of view. Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

David doesn't ignore hard problems but will take care of them right away. These problems were ignored for years by my previous property manager (also full-priced 10% but not half as worth the price). When faced with tricky situations, David will try to find the best solution for the landlord. Windermere seems to be doing a very professional job and I hope they can remain excellent always!

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

I hired North Pacific Property Management…read morefor 3 years too long & throughout the duration of my contract, I had many reasons to fire them & probably could have grounds to pursue legal action against them if I wanted to. NPP caused me emotional & financial distress, ultimately stalled the sale of my property. I have worked with multiple other management companies & have never had such a terrible experience as what I had to deal with at NPP. Angelo Nelson & Cynthia Freeman 'managed' my property poorly by neglecting basic needs of my property (black mold, allowing pets in the unit when that went against the lease, not timely communicating unpaid rent or needed repairs). Additionally, they messed up lease renewals, consistently lacked clear/transparent communication. Their communication was unprofessional & lacked the basic understanding of state laws. This became clear to me when I tried to sell my property & NPP said I was obligated to offer another year lease & refused to issue the proper notices of Intent to Sell. After 10 months of following their uninformed & unethical practices, I consulted with lawyers & other local agents who all informed me that NPP was not acting in good faith. I do not recommend NPP as they are not trustworthy nor do they have the best interest of their clients. Good riddance.
