They made sure everything was clean and functioning properly despite years of debris buildup. They were even able to get to clear out a very hard to reach valley area of my roof that my previous gutter cleaners failed to clear. That said, the following services were all sub-par:: - Gutter Cleaning (I had to hire a different company to re-do the work) - Dryer Vent Cleaning (I also had to hire a different company to re-do the work) And even once I got a proper estimate, I learned that they only install aluminum gutters, when my existing gutters were steel, and I wanted steel again, for hail damage/prevention.

Something is different at Beer Creek. We used them to remodel 80% of our basement in 2020 and it…read morewas great. Responsive team, very collaborative. Got things done on-time. We had them come back in July 2022 to finish a 120 sq ft bedroom in the basement and it just stalled out... no calls, no emails, no updates on what's going on. I texted and spoke to our project manager multiple times with promises that they would get it done. Months went by with little incremental progress that correlated with how many text messages and calls I made. Multiple contacts and sub-contractors, being tossed around to many different people. Tried to address with the owner, but he also won't call me back even after multiple emails, texts, and voicemails. After constantly badgering them every week, we finally got the project to the finish line in March 2023. Yes, that's 9 months for a single 120 sq ft room. I should have pulled the plug long ago, but we were always promised that it would get done "this next week." The final work quality is also not great. Gaps in the trim, and they didn't finish painting the door or window frames. Again, they promised someone would come out and fix things multiple times over the past three weeks, but we're done. Paid the last invoice and cut our ties. I'll fix the damn trim myself. I hope they figure things out. I can't, in good conscience, recommend Bear Creek to anyone that values communication, quality, and customer service.

We strongly do NOT recommend working with this company for a basement. They started in May of 2022…read moreand it's still not done a year later. The salesman S. Johnson said all of the right things, he comes across as professional and seems trustworthy. However, there's a complete disconnect between what he said would happen and what actually happened. Once we signed on, we hardly saw or heard from S again and many of his promises and construction practices went unfulfilled. They have been completely unreliable and have gone months without communicating.   To be constructive with this review: I wish I had asked, specifically who will be doing the work and when. Get it in writing. Bear Creek's model is to run the basement work as a side gig for their guys in the evenings after their dayshifts. This caused countless delays, headaches, poor communication, and haphazard work. They had us pay for a dumpster and toilet for the guys to use. This seemed reasonable and we were on board. However, without notice, these both disappeared in July when the project was maybe ~25% completed. For the next several months of work, there was not an onsite dumpster and so the construction trash hung around and they started putting it in our trash cans. We last heard from these guys in January. Today in mid-May, four months later, they email saying the job is finished. There are still several large items not completed.  Save yourself a ton of headaches and go with another company.
