In addition to the gutters and downspouts, we have four french drains at the house and one was blocked. Also, my husband and I couldn't figure out where in the yard the drains came out from. Cesar was able to unblock the one drain and find out the exit point of that one drain, which was great. Ray came out a separate time and he found the remaining exit points of the other three drains which is phenomenal.
