Dr…read moreAlpern listened somewhat and spent the time talking over us into a recorder and looking at his screen. He ordered a CT scan which was appropriate and we had it done quickly as my Mom has much discomfort and we wanted to get to the bottom of it quickly. We got the results directly from the lab in 3 days and expected to hear from the doc to no avail. After a week I called and was promised a call back. Never happened. Called once a week for the next several weeks and all I got was a nurse reading me the report which added no value. I again asked to hear from the doc and was promised a call in the late evening. After five weeks of this the office manager calls and says the doc has nothing else to add and would not be calling me. I was appalled and disappointed. Needless to say I'm requesting her records and moving on. Advise? Run Away!!!!

Dr. Gupta did not return my call. Tried Dr. Gupta again on April 3rd. However, I was advised that he was not in this day. I then left a message for their Team Leader, Dr. Saeed. I'm still awaiting a response. Additionally, on April 3rd I telephoned the nurses station regarding my mother's care and was advised that nurse Sierra was making rounds and I should call back. When I called again, I was advised that Sierra was not in this day and someone will return my call. I'm still awaiting a call. Can I request negative stars on this site?
