Everyone there…read morefrom the orderly sent wheel me to OR, nurses, aides, respiratory aides, and doctors where covered in perfume that filled the room the minute they entered. It was totally unprofessional. I continuously advised them they were triggering an allergic reaction after I had spinal fusion and an incidental pneumothorax but nobody cared. Not even while I was in ICU. I would never go back to this hospital. Ever!

Dr. Gupta did not return my call. Tried Dr. Gupta again on April 3rd. However, I was advised that he was not in this day. I then left a message for their Team Leader, Dr. Saeed. I'm still awaiting a response. Additionally, on April 3rd I telephoned the nurses station regarding my mother's care and was advised that nurse Sierra was making rounds and I should call back. When I called again, I was advised that Sierra was not in this day and someone will return my call. I'm still awaiting a call. Can I request negative stars on this site?
