On this most recent visit, I got a key fob replacement battery which was easy to replace on my own - I've traditionally paid a dealership or batteries Plus triple what it cost me to replace the battery myself. Anytime I've bought bulk items like mulch or water softener salt, they've loaded everything directly into my trunk. As a resident of nocatee, this store is so convenient. It's definitely worthwhile to join their loyalty program.

They were able to arrange for a company to assemble the bed. Initially, my hesitation in buying the bed was having it assembled. Murphy Bed Depot helped to arrange everything and I could not be more pleased. The final price was actually a little less than some local wall, bed companies, but this bed is so much more attractive than theirs. We met at the Ferguson showroom and it was a pleasant experience. The total bill came to $35,045, so not an insignificant amount of money. Later, our contractor walked off the job, leaving it unfinished. By this time the appliances had been installed except for the hood vent. "We'll be back to do this," said the install team. Now Ferguson refuses to schedule or install the hood insert because the builder's name is on the paperwork, not mine (our address is too, of course, but that's not relevant to them, apparently). The invoices were paid in full - including the installation charge for the hood vent yet they still refuse. I escalated and spoke with the floor manager, Leah. She was even less sympathetic and helpful than the first person I spoke with. Leah acknowledged that the builder wasn't present when we made selections and that this is essentially just a paperwork / computer problem. In spite of that, they are intransigent. We paid $300 for the installation. It is not a significant sum but it's wrong on principle. They are simply the worst when it comes to actually solving problems.

Well needing a safety bar and I have no idea of where to get one. Everyone that I talked to didn't want to touch it. Now I see why. Not only was theses guys about to get the part but they stayed and put it in. not having any idea of how to do it this guy hung in there. After the first hour we were really thinking of giving up.
