We had Caesarstone countertops installed. Project began may 28th. Project finished July 19th. The sink we purchased thru Lowes (Ruvati) came in warped. Second sink dented at corner. Third sink shipped directly to Lowe's for inspection and sat there unopened for over a week which delayed installation another 2 weeks. The stone itself appears streaky. No response from Lowe's or Caesarstone. I would definitely go elsewhere for an expensive renovation like this. read more

Stopped by Lowe's to buy some stuff for my house because I had a $100 gift card to spend. I ended up buying LED light bulbs, an address plaque, and a shower head. People without GPS did not know exactly where my house was because my new house did not have the address written anywhere. Well, that problem is now solved, thanks to Lowe's. I now have a metal address plaque on the front of my house above the garage door. So for the pizza delivery guy, EMS, and relatives, there should be no question as to where my house is. I installed the Moen shower head, which went very smoothly. It has five settings, which should appease even the most picky showerer. I don't care if 'showerer' isn't a word because it fits, okay. So the shower problem reported by my in-laws is now solved. Finally, I installed the new LED downlight bulbs. Previously, each light was consuming 65 watts of electricity. Now, each light is consuming only 8.5 watts of electricity. Nikola Tesla would be proud of me because that's an 87% reduction, son. It has taken a couple months, but I have replaced all the light bulbs in my house with LED's. This store is clean and the workers are friendly and helpful. read more

I just bought 3 # flex seal paste. The weather was perfect for an outdoor repair. I set up opened the product and 1/3 of the container was dried up and not usable. In the interest is time And weather I used what I could. I ten went back to Lowe's and showed them product and asked for a partial credit. The product was $37.34. The manager said no because I had used some of the product. This was an unsatisfactory out come and I will never spend money in the Wadsworth ohio Lowes again read more

Lowes Wadsworth is Horrible. No service at all. If you ask for help they have horrible attitudes and truthfully have zero desire to be if any service. Dirty looks, rolled eyes. You can't go wrong with a Lowes in the area and this one, everybody is on their toes and helpful. My favorite part, the clearance section! If you need a light, a lamp or a discounted do-dad then they have got you covered. Returns are quick and easy. Renting tools and outside big boys is a breeze too. And for the ladies, garden goodies out the wahzoo! ((Believe me. I just found a kiwi plant. What?! In Ohio? Yep.)) My husband purchased an under cabinet light fixture yesterday. When we opened the box, not only was it the wrong model, but it was heavily used. It was covered with cooking smoke. Your store was representing an item as new, when it was obviously used (a lot). No doubt there are laws against that, consumer protections. There is certainly an implied warranty that the product was new. He returned to the store to exchange it for a new one. This involved an hour and ten minutes of driving time, plus time spent in the store. So an hour and a half out of our lives to return this crappy dirty light. My husband asked to speak to the manager on duty, told him of his experience. The manager gave us a ridiculous 10% off the replacement unit. This means we received approximately $6 in savings for wasting an hour and half of our time. I doubt any manager at that store would accept a deal like that. We have shopped a lot at Lowes, in fact we purchased a refrigerator at Lowes last year. This was hugely disappointing to us. Not only because you sold as new a dirty and used light, but also the terrible and condescending way your manager handled our exchange. I would caution anyone buying a product at Lowes to open the box and make sure the product is new, and not some return that was carelessly thrown back on the shelf. It is a callous disregard for your customers. read more

My father purchased a new dishwasher. Once it was delivered we were going to install it ourselves, but he got sick, so we had to wait a while (33 days) before we could install it. Once we installed it we turned it on for the first time and water began pouring out from underneath of it. Upon closer inspection it was not coming from one of the connections but from one of the parts of the dishwasher. We contacted Lowes and we were told that because it was past 30 days they would do nothing for us. They recommended a Kitchenaid repairman to us. He came out, verified that we did nothing wrong and it was just a faulty part. When he tried to order it, the part was not available. Now we have a dishwasher that we cant use and Lowes refused to help every time we have talked to them. The customer service is just pathetic. read more

Bought a Vacuum Cleaner from Lowes Wadsworth. They talked me into the replacement Warranty. It does state that if you bring it back to the store they will replace it with the same or better model. It broke. I brought it back and found out that several things had changed in 6 months. First off, I had to call a number and have it sent somewhere and wait for a giftcard in the mail. Next, since the model I bought was on clearance, I would only be getting a gift card for $68.00 instead of thje $120 plus the $21 for the warranty. When I asked the manager, Ted or Terry, or Todd something, he told me that's just the way it was and walked away from me. The head cashier even told me 3 times that I did not purchase the warranty. I had to show her how to read a receipt. It was there! Why cant things just work out, there's always an issue! read more

One hand doesn't know what the other is doing at this store. Poorly trained staff and dismal customer service. Bought a freezer here and took 2 weeks to show up. When the freezer came in, nobody called to notify me. I called to check on my order and it had been there for 2 days. Let them know that I would be in to pick it up that day and had to wait an hour for them to get it off of the shelf when I got there. The lady in appliances acted like I was inconveniencing her. Never going back. Home Depot is so much better. read more

But more than anything, it's the staff and level of service that put them above the rest. Every one we have ever worked with has been kind, courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I needed a dishwasher and the local shop was by appointment only (due to covid) so we decided to go to Lowes in Wadsworth, Ohio. It was the day after Christmas so it was quite busy. I had to actually ask 2 other employees if they could help, they were just chatting. We were finally waited on and purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher that we elected to have installed. They said it would be 2 weeks and an installer would call us to set up an appointment. We waited about 18 days and decided to call to see when the installer would be out. We called Lowes and received an automated message and was transferred to appliances, no one answered. I hung up and tried again, no answer. Kept trying different departments and no answer. We got in our car and went there and he said he would take care of it. Still never heard from the installer and called again. Finally the installers called and installed the dishwasher. We used it for the first time and there was standing water at the bottom of the dishwasher. We had the installers out to fix it and still had the same problem. We called today and the clerk asked if we purchased a "self draining dishwasher" or if it was a "manually operated one"! I never heard of such a thing, especially for $700.00. The clerk insisted we needed to get the water out every time we used it, manually. Someone called later today to say we could get another dishwasher but it would be at least 10 days. My advice: Go to the local shop, I will never buy an appliance from Lowes again. read more

I called in before I went there to see if it could be delivered tomorrow and they said yes there plenty of times available so I went in to buy one and they tell me they cant deliver it tomorrow but sometime next week. I would not have wasted a trip there if they would have told me that on the phone. read more
