I have shopped your Garden Ctr for years. I was there today and numerous plants had not been watered and were withered or dead. Ridiculous! So I went to Home Depot for plants. read more

it would be nice to know that your door store hours are different than your online hours. That are posted. I drove 20 miles thinking of 10 PM only to find out the door says they close at nine. Please update your hours online. read more

I recently bought a new bathroom faucet set. When I was having it installed, my contractor could not find the sink stopper. It had evidently been stolen, the box resealed and returned. I called the store and was sent to the Manager, Alisha. She was so kind and simply asked me to return the box and receipt to the store and they would remove a stopper from another box. They did so with no questions asked and my contractor was not kept waiting long to finish the job. What a relief! Thank you Alisha! read more

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time... Had a delivery window of 1 - 5 pm today. Truck pulls to the end of my driveway, stops, looks at my kids waving through the storm door, then proceeds to mark the delivery as unable to complete while backing down the road... Called this location to try to figure out what the problem was, since my wife was home, vehicle in driveway, mailbox clearly marked and people clearly visible at the house... everything from our old fridge and freezer is in ice chests on our kitchen floor and they just drove away... After having to navigate an automated system to finally get to an associate... twice... I was hung up on after they answered and asked me to hold... twice... I'm about to lose a couple hundred dollars worth of groceries over this mess and I can't even get someone to answer a phone to help me figure out what the problem is... they were literally 30 feet from my door! read more

Lowe's has officially became my favorite company to partner with while I'm doing renovations on my home. Their app has made it easy for me to find items, save items to my list, read reviews, and shop online or in the store, and I don't feel out of place. Ms. Deidre was extremely helpful with me in the paint department explaining different types of paint and primers that I should consider. She really helped reduce alot of stress and frustration. I appreciated her patience and knowledge. read more

Do NOT use them for any installation. Regardless of their lower price. It would be best to buy your materials & find your own licensed contractor. Signed contract in December. The whole first quarter of the year has really shown me how bad Lowe's has become. It started with them firing all of their delivery drivers (regardless of time with their company), but apparently Lowe's cost cutting measures are terrible for their employees and customers. Do Not Hire Them read more

I would like to thank Lowe's Home Center. Everyone was great asking me if I need any help and a special thanks to employee Jonci who did a great job beyond the call of duty. Helping me with your military discount program. Thanks so much kudos to Lowe's 2250 Greenway Drive. I don't know if you have employee of the month but Jonci deserves it.. read more

This location is a joke. They do the bait and switch. Tell you they have an item but you can't have it. Then they don't have any managers until noon or later. Not business like. They don't wanna help just anyone. Some of the workers are rude and impolite. They just walk around like they in high school. Run a business if your gonna have one. If you advertise an item at least make dam sure you have it. Again bait and switch. These businesses are going down. They getting worse. read more

Everyone here is so helpful! They all smile, and help you find everything you need. The store is always clean. The floral section is better than the nearby home depot, in my opinion. Everything else is pretty comparable. read more

Lowe's Home Improvement - Appliances Near Me - Jackson, Mississippi

I love home improvement; therefore, Lowe's is one of my favorite stores. The staff is more knowledgeable and better trained here than other chain hardware stores. The shelves are well stocked and very rarely can I not find what I need at Lowe's. Only for specialty screws and light bulbs do I ever really need to go elsewhere. The garden center has loads of sod, top soil, herbicides, bricks, and borders. If you need assistance, they will happily load your car. They have different tools and cleaners that you can rent. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!!! They continue to ignore and not hook up a dryer purchase from them...not dependable with service times or dates. Never will I recommend or purchase anything from this company steer clear!!!! read more

Usually love Lowe's. However customer service at this particular store was horrible. Truly terrible. Not a soul around to help with our questions. Had to walk across the store to ask for help. They announced it over the loudspeaker to meet us on aisle 21 for help. Ten minutes later, still not a soul around. And there were probably only 10 customers in the entire store. Finally we left after not a single person came to help. We reported it to Customer Service and they seemed pretty unconcerned about this terrible service. Boo. Will never go to that Lowe's branch again. Hello, Home Depot, you just got my business. read more

The costumer services is terrible. There was no one to help us find our items and when we did, the employees were very rude and dismissive.

Worst customer service in the world. Been trying for 30 mins to pay for an order. No one will answer their phones. Was in today and the store ws full of zombie workers. Just happened to get someone to search for a window for me. This lady was quite helpful. Got home and trying to call to pay for window. Customer service did finally answer, had no clue that she was even in the world. Lowes, where do u hire these idiots from? read more

Do not come here! Lowe's staff are not helpful. Had a family member who is a nurse who walked in looking for n95 masks to protect her from Covid19. Instead of helping the Lowe's staff laughed, snickered and made fun of her. They did not show themselves as being professional and taking this health threat as being serious. They showed their ignorance and incompetence. Lowe's should really look in this matter and fire all of them. Retraining will not help these people! read more

CS is awful!! Called 4 times. Call #1, the guy didn't work in the appliance dept. so, he laid the phone down. Left me waiting on the phone for 9+ minutes. I hung up, called again. Call #2, a lady answered, I requested a manager. She spoke to in a tone, like I was asking to speak to her husband-"what is this regarding to?", she placed me on hold and my phone dropped the call. So, I called again. Call #3, a gentleman answered, I was not happy person by now. I again asked for a manager, he said they may be in a meeting. I told him I wanted to speak to manager no matter what, even if they were in a meeting. He snapped back,"I not getting them out of no meeting for you for no reason." Someone picked up the phone and started dialing, I said hello twice, then they hung up. Very pissed off by now, I called again Call #4, the same guy answered, I again asked for a manager. FINALLY, one answered the phone. I explained my problem about the ice maker not being with my fridge deliver Saturday. Gave him my information. Told him that I wantef it at the CS desk, when I got off work. Went on to tell him how the delivery guys were very polite, professional, the bomb, and that they needed to train the CS people. How the CS people acted like they where from the ghetto, and where did they hire them from "crackville"? Rude as hell!! Told him I would not be purchasing another major appliance from Lowe's again. ****CS means all the employees, because they are all in the CS business**** read more

This store has the most friendly, helpful staff of any big box store I have ever been to. I give credit to store management, since this behavior is obviously the product of employee training and management expectation for the business. I drive right past the Home Depot and 5 miles further to go to this store. read more

Worst customer service. When you find someone to help you, they have a scowl on their face like they don't want to be bothered. They're also quick to say they don't have an item before looking up on the computer, to proceed to say "oh yeah they do sell that". Maybe it's just this location, but this makes me not want to spend my money here. read more

STAY AWAY. I bought a Troy Built lawn mower here. Used it three times. It now will not start. Brought it back, they said I had more than 30-days. They did nothing for me. I was told I should have bought the extended warranty, then they would take it back. After 30-days you are on your own. I now have to take it to an authorized repair shop, 1 hour away. They have no problem taking your money but if there is a problem with the item, good luck. I should have bought a mower at the local store where they do on site repairs and honor the warranty. Goodbye Lowes, I will never be back. read more

Worst customer service. I come here because it's close to my house and end up turning around and driving further to Home Depot every time. Apparently only one persons in the entire store works in the paint department which makes for a nice long wait. The employees tend to help their friends first and let customers that were in line first just wait. All of my interactions with the employees have been very rude and very slow on their part. Just no excuse. read more
