If I could give a zero I would. I just got back to my house to write this review. I went in the Clinton store to ask for a kitchen package for my house that I am building. NO ONE EVEN LOOKED MY DIRECTION. A couple of ladies were checking out with one sales person and one guy came behind the counter and never looked at me. I finally walked around and said is there someone who could help me with a kitchen package? You will have to go to the downtown store is what he told me and barely made eye contact with me. I needed a dishwasher and ice maker for my home. I did a lot of online research to try to find the right one for me. I started to become overwhelmed with all the choices. A friend recommended that I use cowboy Maloney's and to ask for Issac. I called and spoke to Issac who was very friendly and more than happy to help. He helped me decide what product was best for my needs and handled everything else for me. He made everything so easy and I had my delivery scheduled for the next day. I am very happy that Issac was able to make it a quick and easy process. I have referred him to another friend of mine who was looking for a washer/dryer set and she had a wonderful experience as well. I recommend using Issac if you should visit this store! read more

Two things converged to make my shopping experience at this location an absolute nightmarish hassle. My family and I went to this location a week ago to pick out a bed and a couch. We chose a nice bed at a great price and a small love seat, arranged for delivery and set up a pay schedule that we were satisfied with. The day of delivery the driver had no sooner gotten out of the van before he was telling us he couldn't get the couch up our stairs. Before even looking at the stairs, before measuring the dimensions of the love seat, even before having gotten the van door open. Just a flat out NO. Once the two delivery men got up the stairs and checked our apartment he told us some hear-say story about some other drivers who had a problem getting someone else's couch into another apartment. We asked him what to do since we had already signed the paperwork for what we ordered and he instructed us to go back to the store and pick something else out that was smaller. Even though the love seat was the smallest sofa on the show-room floor. Instead of telling us that he could come back later with a few more guys and try to get the couch into our apartment he just gave us a stern no, they brought our bed up and left. At the store the assistant manager Jay (short for Jackie) was extremely rude and borderline hostile with us, even going so far as to accuse us of sending the couch back instead of acknowledging that his drivers were lazy and unimaginative enough to at least ATTEMPT to deliver all of our order. When we turned down his secondary offer to have more guys come back and deliver the love seat we politely declined, sighting the hassle we've already had to deal with with these two men and having to redo our agreement, he grew even more agitated. Slinging papers in our faces and short, terse replies to our questions. Very unprofessional. We tried to call the district manager and even emailed him about how awful our customer service experience was to no avail. No call back and no email. It is incredibly unfair to still have to pay a delivery fee of $60 which we initially agreed to because of the love seat. Otherwise we could have just gotten the bed upstairs ourselves and saved that money. It is extremely unfortunate that Cowboy Maloney's has chosen to hire such lazy and hostile employees at their Clinton location as I will not be returning for anything else with this company in the future with service like this. My suggestion would be to go to another store for furniture. There's only two other stores in Clinton. Aaron's and Lewis furniture and even though they are slightly more expensive, I'd much rather deal with either of them because their employees are nicer and more helpful in my personal experience. And I'm pretty sure their assistant manager wouldn't treat you like a pariah when their employees are the real problem. read more

Purchased $4300 worth of Samsung appliances. Salesman Jay told us about a $200 rebate through Samsung. When we got home to set up the rebate, you had to buy specific products and we didn't qualify (the combined totals of those products was $800 less than we spent anyways). Jay was very slick about how he handled it after. Have talked to him twice and both times he said he will talk to his manager. Has never called us back. I have copies of the rebate and a phone message from Jay saying to come by and pick up the rebate form. Rebate form was a poor barely visible photo copy with the "$200 mail in rebate" highlighted on the form. Now he says he never said there was a rebate. Think twice about buying here. These guys seem like a bunch of shady used car salesmen to me. read more

I visited your Clinton store today, been by 100 times and never went in. So, i stopped by to check it out Walked in, saw some people by the desk, waved and said I'm just looking. I was greeted by I think his name is Dixon, and I think he is ass. manager. I was Not greeted with a welcome, a name, or that's fine, see something, let me know and Ill help you. What I was told, and Ill quote is, "I am not here to look, Im here to sell." unquote. REALLY. That is very rude at the very start, not to mention pissed me off and I was not in the store 20 seconds. I am in the market for a TV, as well as a dryer. Not from Cowboys. And Im am thinking of posting this with a request for every one to share. purchased a tv on the 10th of oct. received it on the 14th. didn't open box till the 18th. I called on the 23rd because when I opened box no owners manual, it was missing screws, and there was dust in the air vents on back of television like it was on display or something. they had the nerve to tell me nothing they could do because it had been over 24 hrs. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. rip off read more
