I quickly received an email from store support and a call from a manager at the store itself. They had the item I needed in stock and they were able to get me squared away with what I needed. Anytime they don't have something, they'll always order it and haven't let me down yet. I'm always in and out and back to work quickly. My only complaint is that I wish they had a slightly more robust maintenance capability, but that is across all Airgas stores as a whole not just this location, if that were the case then this place would truly be golden.

I also guess because it's quicker for him to come here rather than head to Dogwood and deal with the traffic and everything else surrounding Lowe's, They do have a lot of tools here. I also noticed those really large red tool boxes that people keep in their garages. If you're looking for lumber and things like that, you won't find it here. The store is nice and open. Everything is nicely organized on the shelves. Very well lit. I don't know a whole lot about prices for tools because that's just not something I've purchased a lot of in my lifetime. I do know the prices must be pretty decent and on par with other prices at other stores, otherwise my daddy wouldn't shop here... especially as often as he does. I would have given this store 4 stars, but every time I have been in here, there's been a group of teenage employees at the front of the store standing around together talking and laughing. It may not bother me as much if it weren't for the fact that when we walk in the door, they stop, stare at us for a few moments, then start laughing and talking again. WTF is up with that?!

I did not wear it right off but when I wore it the bracelet just fell off of my arm while I was at home thankfully with the link that broke. I took it back to the Woodrow Wilson location and was told to take it to the main location on I-55 frontage road Jackson. They agreed to fix it for free since it hasn't been over 30 days so I left it and picked it up in two weeks. I wore it a week later and it broke again I took it back the guy was telling me it was rough up and wasn't nothing they could do because at this point I don't even want it because I can't enjoy it without thinking I will loose it in public. I can sell it back but want even get half of my money back and I'm very upset because I really wanted me some gold jewelry. I worked at this location, and it was by far the worst work experience I've ever had. The work…read moreenvironment was extremely stressful, and I did not feel respected or supported by management. The stockroom regularly became unbearably hot because the air conditioning wasn't working, yet employees were still expected to work in those conditions. They were also told to stop complaining about working conditions or they can be sent home and taken off schedule the rest of the week. There were times when people felt sick from the heat, and employees were discouraged from taking a moment to cool off, stand by a fan, or even keep water or sports drinks nearby to stay hydrated. Management makes it seem like you're pestering them if you ask for a snack. They only put them out when there is a visit. Communication among management was also a major issue. Managers often gave conflicting instructions, and employees were criticized for following directions they had already been given by someone else. It created unnecessary confusion and made it difficult to do our jobs effectively. In my experience, Assistant Manager Haley Brown's management style contributed significantly to the negative atmosphere. Interactions with staff often felt disrespectful, and employees were frequently criticized for talking to one another, even when communicating about work. The overall environment felt more focused on intimidation than teamwork. They've had 8+ people come in and quit being there within one week, all because they felt disrespected and discouraged coming to work everyday. Our schedules depict her mood and if she feels like you're not working then you won't get no more than a day of work. she will turn you around at the door and tell you go home and say it's cause they're "over budget." She's complained about how associates will work more than one department and say they only need to be in one place otherwise they're acting like a "manager." She's also complained about so much needing to be done within the store but will cut people to give hours to people she like. There has been times she would snap on employees and when they threatened to report her to HR she apologizes and then does the same thing the next day. Janine, (the store manager), make it no better because she backs up everything Haley does. When employees raised concerns about working conditions or how they were being treated, many of us felt unheard. Managers remind you all the time of their positions and why you should do what they say or they will cut your hours. They would get on their walkies and bash the staff stating "who wants to work because these people don't want to work." Management expressed writing staff up for using their cellphones but will talk to their significant others on the sale floor but if you get a phone call and step away to take it it's a problem. When you try to further express issues, management tell you to do your job or don't come back for the rest of the week.Instead of seeing meaningful improvements, the atmosphere only became more uncomfortable over time. I truly hope this location takes employee concerns seriously and works toward creating a safer, more respectful workplace for both current and future associates.

Although not as large and extensive as the "Jo-Ann Etc." stores I've been to in other cities I've lived in, this one has pretty much everything I can expect to find at a big box fabric & craft store. In fabrics, they have the usual quilting, seasonal, apparel, and home decor selections. The selection can be limited at times, which has resulted me in trying other stores or taking my business online, but some of my projects are very specific in what I prefer to use. At the cutting table, employees are efficient AND friendly - probably the best I've interacted with at ANY Jo-Ann location! Patterns are well-stocked. I wish the notions department were larger, or at least less cramped. There's always merchandise on sale, and what isn't on sale, you can use coupons for, which is why I LOVE shopping here. Overall, it's a small, yet well-organized Jo-Ann that provides great service.
