When I opened box the condition of the sink was even worse than the condition of the box it was in. There was absolutely no packing material in the box to protect the sink. The drains and baskets ordered with the sink were out of their boxes and loose inside the carton. Not likely I will ever order anything from Ferguson for home delivery again.
