I don't know if they were dead or alive but I walked in and the one rat was in the middle of delivery. The monkey they have is poorly maintained and looks beyond depressed. On top of all that they have all of their animals in a wood chip bedding when it is known that it can give them upper respiratory infections. I walked into the reptile room and some of the lights weren't even on and those lights are extremely important for their bone growth. They also sell baby turtles. Either red ear sliders or yellow belly slider but I bet they dont even explain how big they get. I thought this place was going to be nice but it seriously disappointed and discussed me to my core. I work at petsmart and I thought the way we keep our animals isnt enough but this place took it to a whole other level.

When I told them I was looking for a box of 100 count pig ears, they immediately asked what kind of dog did I have! LOL A proud mama, I had to show them pics of Zeus, my white German Shepherd! They asked how did I become a Hollywood Feed customer and we talked about products, etc. The staff is so knowledgeable about their products. I also love that this is a homegrown (USA) company and most of their products are made in the USA. I usually shop at four locations in the Memphis/Cordova area - Cordova, Union Ave., Poplar & Yates Ave. and Germantown locations.
