Your standard Lowes store. Big parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The restrooms are located in the front of the store, NOT the BACK. Bunch of knick knacks and normal home improvement merchandise. Employees were friendly and efficient. read more

service sucks and nobody knows the job Ask five different people five different questions in between that I don't know or we don't have that in this store I just went to Home Depot in Matthews. If anybody's looking for a job, just go work there nobody knows anything read more

Associates have no idea what they are doing or where items are located, that's when you can find one. They only offer self-checkout, which is horrible, they can't pay a cashier, but they will pay two associates to stand around to make sure people are not stealing items from the self-checkout out. Last time I was there they did not even have plastic bags, when asked they said they forgot to order them???? I just left the stuff I was going to purchase in the cart and walked out. Went to the local smaller hardware store got everything I needed, even had a rep walk me around to show me the items I was looking for and a had a real live person check me out. They also did not ask me to donate additional money at check out. read more

John R at Pro at Indian Trail Lowes so very helpful in guiding me through the store to get the correct items. John is very knowledgeable and professional read more

I had a poor delivery experience of a washer and dryer from this store. When I learned that Lowe's uses 3rd party contractors for these deliveries (and we all know how hard it is to find quality help these days!), I went directly to Matt, the store manager in Indian Trail. The staff is always friendly and helpful there, but Matt went above and beyond to fix my disappointing experience and to ensure that I left a happy, loyal customer. Great job Matt! read more

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Like truly ever. Never available on the phone to place a pick up order so you're forced to do it online then once you've received confirmation it's ready they still haven't even started. Just waited for 45 minutes for an order I got confirmation was finished two hours ago. Don't even attempt to think about doing curbside because no one will EVER bring you what you need. If I could give this place a 0 I would. The thought of going through this process again invokes an unimaginable amount of rage in me. This place needs some serious reform and or new management at this point. read more

Indian trail Lowes is absolutely horrible. The managers look you up and down when you make purchases that they don't want to handle. They smirk in your face, the managers should really have better skills then the other workers. I make large purchases because I am an independent contractor but I will definitely go to Home Depot going forward they're much nicer and non judgmental!!! read more

This is hands down the worst store I've been to! There is NEVER a cash register open and most of the time you can't get near a self checkout! Maybe it's just me but I'm sick of doing someone else's job! And if I am I should be getting a discount on my items!! read more

Boo to Lowe's in Indian Trail for having curbside pickup but the phone number goes to an endless loop with no options for getting someone to bring your order to the car. When you dial in and hit the option for other departments and then zero to speak to someone, it takes you back to the beginning recorded message. Sorry service. And another thing, they are not limiting the number of people in the store at the same time but they are limiting the number of people in the garden center, which is outside, at the same time. That is ridiculous. read more

This past week I went to Lowe's and it was the best customer service I have ever received. Branden from the plumbing department didn't hesitate to help me with everything I needed and he even suggested a few products that would help me with what I needed to get done. Thank You!!!! read more

This store does not follow mask wearing rules. The staff is great but lowes does not care if they or the customers get sick.

This place does not have as much stuff as the Matthews store. It is a smaller store compared to the one in Matthews, but should still have the same stuff. When it gets packed, the place gets crazy and you can't get around anyone. Lines get long and there are barely any employees working as a cashier. This Lowe's is not good. read more

UPDATE: Our project coordinator Scott Bilski has been the only saving grace through this entire thing. He was very responsive, professional, and gave us timely, detailed updates after the person we were previously communicating with had stopped talking to us. Our fence is FINALLY in and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I had contacted this location the beginning of June regarding installation of a 6ft vinyl fence in our backyard. When the estimator came out we were told that due to Covid, they were experiencing some delays in getting material in and that it may be up to 6-8 weeks before our material would get to the store. We understood and ended up following through with the project since we are long time Lowe's customers and they had come highly recommended for fencing from our friends and family. BIG MISTAKE. Our signed contract with them had our completion date for 8/26 and we were told that our material would be in 7/31. We got a call from our project coordinator that our material was not in yet and our ETA was pushed back to 8/28, 2 days after our contract stated our fence was supposed to be completed. We get another call today that our material is still not in and our date has been pushed out a THIRD TIME to 9/25. At this point it has been nearly 12 weeks and no one has any idea where our material is or when it will be here. Getting a straight answer out of a manager is like pulling teeth and there is absolutely no sense of urgency in helping their customers. All they do is play the blame game and point fingers at whoever they can to make it seem like they aren't at fault. Their contracts apparently mean nothing as well because they don't even follow through with them. My husband and I are out over $4k without hope of even getting our money back to go elsewhere and are again left waiting for Lowe's to give us an answer as to where our fence is. This has been a HUGE bait and switch on Lowe's part and we will never be taking our business here again and will be advising our friends and family to do the same. Lesson learned. read more

Needed to match paint on a wall for a rental property. Usually paint matches are off. It's darn near difficult to get a perfect match. Have to give the paint department kudos. They nailed it!!! Perfect match. So, I ended up painting a "12 x 12" area instead of a whole room or even a whole wall. Well done Lowes of Indian Trail! read more

The door department has untrained staff members. On June 20 I went to buy 7 interior doors for my house. The clerk wasn't sure how to ring up, called for help. The total did not seem right, when ai got home, I had been charged for 8 doors! I called and was told they would have to re-ring the sale and I would be sent a receipt. Never got one. I was told the installation dept would call within 2 days. It was 8 days!! On the day of installation 2 of the 7 doors were the wrong size. I was told the correct size was in stock and would be installed on Tuesday, 3 days later. After 14 days I called and was told installer never returned the two wrong doors do they just ignored the work. So another 3.5 weeks go by andcthe installer came to install the last two doors. Well Lowe's gave them one wrong door. Totally unacceptable when I paid Lowe's for professional measurements in the first place!!!! read more
