Not sure what's happened at this location but no one here is helpful. It never used to be this way but the few times I've gone it's been the same. First few times I didn't think much of it but after the fourth time in the span of 1 year or so..... there's something wrong here with whoever is in charge of hiring. I thought maybe it was me. Then I saw the employees acting the same way to other customers around me. The employees seem irritated just in general. Asking a question and they are just annoyed to help. Even at the self checkout there's customers asking for help and the employee just stands there staring at them. No response when asking for help. Just standing there looking at customers. Such an odd thing to do. Admittedly a funny thing to witness but so strange. If anyone wants to follow up on who was on self checkout. I went on October 16th at around 4pm. The young lady at self check out should just be let go at this point. What is she there for? I'll drive to the Home Depot down the street. There's no need to deal with Lowe's employees that can't even do the bare minimum of their job. read more

Hi good afternoon, I'd like to take a moment to share an experience I had today at Lowe's. I tried to return some items that I bought in person at this very location and the system was unable to track the history. I literally bought these items within the year and according to the worker you can search up to two year time frame. I even returned them brand new still in packages as how I got them. The store manager "Nirla" did not take the time to help nor did she take the time to look at any of my items to check and see what I bought and when I got them. Keep in mind, she did not even touch the computer or key board before telling me about no returns and store policy. I told her I have returned items at Lowe's before without a receipt and I was able to return with no problem to my card or if I did tap on my phone. Nirla immediately gave me the number to corporate to make a complaint rather than take the time to help me out. I'm assuming she does this to other customers thinking no one is going to complain. I tried calling the number and customer service appeared to be closed so she must know that being a store manager. As she wrote the number down she gave me the paper in sloppy writing hoping I wouldn't read her name to complain. I had to ask the other worker what the name said on the paper because she wrote it sloppy on purpose. She then turned around with attitude and repeated her name as I asked the other worker. Then Nirla walked away not giving me the proper help that I needed. However, the worker that gave me the most respect and attention to at least help, was Hailey. Hailey got on the computer, gave me honest feedback, and it made me feel at least better despite the treatment I got from Nirla the store manager. The one that should be store manager should be the one that took the time to help me and that I believe should be Hailey. Because of Hailey I will be coming back as a customer, Nirla should take some notes on how to treat customers. read more

Terrible customer service. Lowe's subs out all of there services to small companies that do not follow up with you. Blue standard for appliances is not reliable and tells you a different story each time you speak with them. I purchased a top of the line GE dual washer and dryer through Lowe's with the extended warranty. Save your money because Lowe's, blue standard, and the warranty company won't help you for an issues that is covered under warranties. I tried calling Lowe's to speak to the supervisor that helped me earlier in the day but Lowe's will not answer their phones. So I'm in store now meeting with supervision and still on hold because now I'm curious when someone will answer. (Time on call with no answer; 1 hour 7 minutes.) If you need to improve your home in anyway. Go to the company direct. Stop using Lowe's that subs out their work to another company. If you need flooring. Go to a floor business. If you need an appliance. Go to the appliance store I can go on but I hope you get the point. Big box stores don't care about customers. They are just a name. Not a backing when a product goes wrong. Asked someone else that never came back. Took a guess and found it myself. Asked a sorry kid to help me with a 50lb bag of sand, hold on let me find someone they never came. On 5/12/24 The wife wanted to go look at dryers. She found one she like which we proceeded to purchase. Set it up for delivery, install new gas line, new vent tube and haul away of old unit. It was on sale but Lowe's does not do the Veterans discount for appliances (major thumbs down). Well I was drying a work sweat shirt today 5/14/24 and noticed a dust bunny flickering near the vent tube into the wall. Lowe's what is going on!! I gave you guys the measurements for a door I needed. Insisted that they send someone professional out to measure the door, I'm like great! Takes 1 week to get someone to literally measure the door. When the installer shows up 1 week after this apt, the door doesn't fit. THE DOOR DOESN'T FIT. The measurements I gave initially were CORRECT and the professional they sent out measured it incorrectly. He didn't account for my carpet. I am an Army vet, 3 years, 69-72. I have been using Lowe's 10% veterans discount for years. Last week, I tried to buy a $460 power washer that was on sale for $360. Fair enough. Save $100 plus my 10% veterans discount--- but NO!--Lowe's won't honor my veterans discount if an item is already on sale. I understand the logic: they don't want to give two discounts, but I aak WHY NOT? I am not like most other' customers!! I answered the call to duty when they did not! Either you treat us as vets 100% of time, as I served you 100% of my active duty Army time, or you don't. As I see it, you don't. I don't know if Home Depot has the same policy, but I am headed over there now to at least give them the chance to win my business. I was so pleased when I purchased my washer at Lowes on 6-5-25. My happiness soon turned to frustration when my delivery date was pushed back from 6-7-25 to 6-9-25. Then to 6-10-25, presently it has now been scheduled for 6-12-25. The cause seems to be delivery truck breakdowns and accidents. I realize problems occur but it is now ridiculous. So frustrated with Lowes. It seems that it is waste of money to purchase an extended warranty on appliances. It is going on 3 weeks since i submitted a ticket, scheduled an appointment for service, took the day off, no one showed up, no one provided an update. Found out the technician knew what the issue was and submitted a part order. A week later i find out the service ticket by Lowes was closed out a day after it was open. Not sure how this happened but assuming that is so Lowes can look good with closing out a ticket. Either way, i complained for 2 weeks in a row and i was wasting my time with the chat help and customer service phone call to include a manager. All they can do was open up another ticket to start the process all over again, which doesn't help not having a washer machine at home not working going on 3 weeks and have to go to a laundry mat. Lowes point you to the Claims.lowesprotect.com site, the app doesn't work neither does the website work on my phone. The site only works on a computer. Addressing any issues with Lowes is a waste of time, so frustrating dealing with customer service that can never resolve the issue. It seems they have a written script they go by to blow you off. This Lowe's is always a great place to go. They have everything you need and the employees are pretty friendly. Some of the younger employees are kind of lazy and don't really want to help you out, but one in particular, Zar. He is an excellent employee and extremely helpful. He really goes above and beyond with his advice and general attitude which I believe makes him a great asset to this establishment. The prices and value here are comparable if not better than Home Depot. I've frequently come here for small home projects and will continue to bring my business here. It was my first time to visit a Lowe's store. It was conveniently on the way home so just decided to get only 1 item that I needed. I was trying to look for a glue trap board or paper for indoor crickets. There was no salesperson to be found yo ask for help. As I went strolling from aisle to aisle I finally saw a staff in red vest and made the inquiry. He pointed out the location and off I went . I didn't find what I was looking for on the shelves so I just got one that might have same result in trapping my annoying unwanted visitors at night. Purchased Refrigerator 12/25/24 but delivered 01/10/2025 Purchased Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for about 3K. Started to notice my food in the meat section had a chemical taste. I heard some say it's because the fridge is new. After a few more weeks it seemed to get worse. Didn't realize it at the time but several of us were having symptoms of sickness where my daughter actually made a doctor's appointment. We called Samsung, they sent out a technician who checked the fridge saying there are no leaks and regarding chemical taste in food to clean the fridge. At this point we purchased a VOC sensor that showed toxic levels .5-.85 which is outrageous. The headaches, itching eyes, throat pains etc only increased. Hundreds to a couple thousand dollars of food is contaminated and unedible do to taste or worse health hazard. Reached out to Samsung again but no help in regards to refund, exchange etc. Due to the health hazard it is imperative for customers to know the health risk of these refrigerators. I don't know what proper compensation is for this, but it's been a problem for the health and well-being of my household. Samsung seems to think this is normal and just have to deal with the taste etc. read more

Went in over the weekend to purchase a stove/oven but there wasn't a price on the stove we wanted, we were told to come back early Monday morning, told the salesman I already had a doctors appointment scheduled for my mother and was told we could pay for it then come back in the afternoon to pick it up. She would not do anything except tell ME to WALK back up front to customer service to pay for it, which I did. Spoke to Vivian (customer service) who told ME to walk BACK to the back of the store to appliances to take a photo of the tag, which I did. Walked BACK up to the front AGAIN to Vivian.... Only to be told I can't pay for it because I needed to take it right then, I could not pay for it and come back with a truck. WTF! Why was I told I COULD come in on Monday morning, pay for it, come back to pick it up! I would completely understand if I wanted them to HOLD it WITHOUT paying for it! I WANTED TO PAY FOR IT!!!! With an attitude Vivian said her appliance manager Nirla said I can NOT pay for it and come back. This is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Lowe's location.
