I ordered 3 fruit trees and 1 grape vine and they were delivered. The delivery was just a drop off,…read moreno contact made which would have been fine if all the plants were in decent shape. The plants left a lot to be desired. They were so small, even though 2 that I ordered were supposed to be 15gallon plants. The grapes looked horrible and diseased. I emailed them and they said it was "cold weather spots" on the leaves and not a fungus. Cold weather spots... they are in Southern California and this year it was 100 in March... we didn't have cold weather. They offer no guarantee. They told me to remove the ill looking leaves.... It would have been the entire plant. I honestly don't think it's going to make it. If it does, it will be three years before it produces... not what I was expecting with a 15 gallon plant. If it's not fungal, it's a bad potassium deficiency, which is also concerning. The other trees were root bound. I will not be buying from here again. They offer a good selection, but it's not worth the questionable productI wanted to buy local, but it backfired. I had better luck buying fruit trees shipped from fast growing trees dot com. Disappointing. 2 stars because they deliver and responded to my email

Horrible quality and even worse customer service!…read more I was extremely disappointed with my order from plantclearance.com (SoCal Nursery). I received an Azalea that arrived severely stressed and completely dehydrated. I reached out to customer service "George" expecting a replacement plant or a refund, but his response was "Just water it." For the price paid, I expected a healthy plant, not a resuscitation project. Telling a customer to water a plant that arrived in this condition is a complete brush-off. Save your money and buy from a nursery that actually stands behind the quality of their plants. I won't be shopping here again.

Communication wasn't the greatest, but once the plants arrived... they were in good condition, and very decent quality for the price. My wife wanted some more Santa Rita cactus this year, but we don't have enough space or need for a $600 order, so we opted to pay the extra NorCal shipping fee for our order... they contacted us and said they would not ship it unless we bought $600 worth. I told them never mind, then, and to just cancel and refund the order. George replied "Ok sure ill check to see what we can do for you. Thanks" ... this was over a month ago, but I never got a refund, and the order is still just listed as processing/pending, and the order was placed in NOVEMBER. I have opened a BBB dispute, but the BBB just keeps saying they can't get a response. Guess I have to dispute the charge on my card or take them to small claims court...
