We come in to purchase and we always get asked if we need any help. The young ladies at check out are helpful, and if we need to return something, customer service is a breeze! Twice now, after visiting this Lowe's location, I have been more than disappointed. Oh, so sad. Why? Barely enough room for the cart to make it down an aisle unobstructed. Barely enough light in the building to see where you are going. Dirty floors back in the wood-cutting area - sawdust everywhere - posing quite a slipping hazard. Metal dollies loaded with UNLOADED lumber pieces protruding into the aisles making it virtually impossible (as well as dangerous) to even contemplate walking by. Why has this happened to this Lowe's location? Is it a different manager? Is the store not able to pay their utilities? Have they stopped hiring people with white hair (not chemically treated) who still give a darn about what they do? I just don't know the answer to this. Do you? read more

For some reason this Lowe's always manages to have more things in stock than the other. And the deliver/pickup time frames are shorter. The area is a little sketchy, but the customer service more than makes up for it. We appreciate the well laid out store and it's cleanliness. Just a warning. If you buy an appliance, make sure it's working properly within the 48 hour return window. Even though both Lowe's and the manufacturer were notified there was a problem with my new refrigerator within that window of time, it took a week for them to get someone out to check it. Then another week for the service company to get the report back to the company (it was unfixable), then another week or two for Lowe's to pick up the refrigerator and then ANOTHER week or two and several phone calls/texts to initiate a refund. In the meantime, I had to fork out more money for another fridge (at Urner's, which is where I should have gone in the first place). Nightmare all around. Just beware. read more

I don't typically leave reviews, but when customer service is sorely lacking, most places, these days it's hard not to share when you get superb service. I was browsing the flooring section with no associate in sight. I waited for a while, and right before I was getting ready to give up and leave Shenna walks by and asks if I'm being helped. I told her I wasn't and while most associates would treat you as a nuisance (especially if you're not in their dept) she was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. Right away, she asks what's going on and attempts to get someone over. She tells me she's not familiar with this department, but she waits until someone else makes their way over. We exchange battle stories as she calls someone else over as she doesn't work in this department, wasn't able to get ahold of the person who does, but wanted to ensure I got exactly what I came for. I believe it was Connie (apologies if I got your name wrong) who identified exactly what I needed. Shenna stuck around until the end. Connie and Shenna were struggling a bit despite all their effort and Ashanti walked by and was quick to help. Thank you ladies so much for all your help. This Lowe's is amazing! Every time I go in the associates are so helpful and friendly, and they know their stuff. I recently went in to purchase my Christmas tree and we had an associate named Alex. Alex was from the plumbing department but he was super friendly and helpful when I asked him where the Christmas trees were. He escorted me and my family to the trees he helped us locate one and then helped us take it to the car. I definitely recommend this Lowe's. read more

I bought a microwave back in December as a Christmas gift and it arrived broken and didn't know until it was OPENED on Christmas Day. And they refused to let me return it. Because I didn't buy it on a credit card.. so now I have a broken $500 microwave if anyone wants it. I went there today to buy a mop. You know one of the fancy ones that has a spinning bucket. A family member purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator @ the Lowe's on Rosedale. A warranty was also purchased. Approximately 3 to 4 wks later the refrigerator wasn't working. It has been two Repair visits and it still isn't working. Spoke to person in appliance dept. Too bad for us. Should have used a Lowe's card. Spoke to an ASM, same story. No you can't have your money back nor can you have a new appliance. All authorization must come from the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer and was disconnected after the "stated" 27 min wait. Called back for another 36 minute wait. We will NEVER purchase any Frigidaire product nor shop at Lowe's again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why does this happen to me. I ordered this grill for Christmas in 12/4 online; the store on On Columbus in the NE calls me and tells me that the two they have are "really scratched"and if I wanted it; of course I answer no! So they call the Rosedale store and they have one and it should be ready for pickup. Of course it's not ready. Therefore, I called on 12/16 once again and lo and behold, it's ready for pick up. My cousin with the truck goes to pick up and this is what they wanted to give me saying it's new! Now what do I do with Christmas next week! I bought a new Maytag washer from Lowes three years ago and purchased an extended warranty to cover any repairs. The hinge on the lid broke so the washer won't work because it can't lock. I called the warranty and they denied the claim because they said the warranty doesn't cover physical damage. I will never buy from Lowes again because of there scandalous warranty policies. They should inform their customers that don't cover squat. Totally dissatisfied. Don't pay for any extended warranty. You will be disappointed. read more

We bought a washer-dryer set. The person on-site, Ray, was easy to deal with, but things went downhill once we were waiting for delivery. First, the washer had a defective sensor or electronic board and was giving an error when used. Then, we had to wait for them to send someone to evaluate it and recommend a replacement. Next, we had to wait even longer for the replacement. AND THEN - when the guys came, they brought a DRYER, not a WASHER, so we had to wait even longer for them to schedule yet another delivery run to replace the washer - AND THEN, even though they brought the washer that time, they still tried to remove the dryer. I am extremely unhappy both with Lowe's and the delivery agency they contract with instead of handling everything themselves. read more

This has been the worse experience ever. We purchased flooring through Lowe's hired them to install and it has been nothing but one thing after another with this store. We started this in March now it is towards the end of May and it is still not complete. Employees not doing their job, lack of communication between Lowe's and the contractors, incorrect measurements, and lack of supplies that were supposed to be ordered. As I was checking out, in the self-checkout lanes, I noticed you could not swipe a gift card. I explained to the self-checkout cashier but she refused to take my gift card. I grew up in this area and remember when this used to be a Lucky's grocery store. That store left and the whole shopping center went downhill faster than the east hills mall. But this lowes came in and cleaned up everything and gave future home owners in the area a more quality place to get all their home improvement needs. After Target and Walmart this place gets the bronze medal for getting all of my money. When you buy a house you NEVER stop fixing or upgrading things. This place has EVERYTHING you need. Also it's down the street so that helps. I called around 8:40 asking a question, the lady was very uneducated, so she put me on hold to transfer me to the right department.... Music played while I waited. I was waiting for a while, the music suddenly stops, its silent and I get hung up on. I call back it's 8:56 and it's a recording saying the store is now closed. The store closes at 9. Absolutely ridiculous!!! So I called back and after the recording told me they were closed, because by this time it's 9:02, Lowe's security answers I tell her how I was getting transferred and got hung up on. She told me it was "probably because no one was there" but she would put me on hold to find out.... They use a 3rd party shipping company who doesn't care about your time and apparently Lowes knows about their terrible service and continues to use them. I was told that my refrigerator would arrive between 130 and 530 and now they are saying it will be delayed until almost 830p.m. Save yourself the hassle and use a company who uses their own delivery service instead of a 3rd party. read more
