I'm really disappointed with his service. The person came out but didn't actually fix anything on my washer, he mentioned there was no problem when clearly my washer shakes uncontrollably with almost every cycle. The issue is still the same, and I feel like my time and money were wasted. I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone based on my experience today. read more

I have an LG top freezer refrigerator. I bought three years ago brand new . The freezer worked great but the bottom was a little warm, not hot. Just a little warm. I called them to come out here and look at he told me all my wires in the freezer were burned out and I told him it was working great before you got here so I would not recommend these people that repair guy was a total scam. Messed up my fridge. worse now I had to buy a brand new one I would not recommend crew appliances at all. read more

In 2023 also purchased a different clothes dryer works great. I will always go back to them. For people that leave negative feedback. The world doesn't revolve around you. Geez. Just moved into an apartment for the first time and our freezer wasn't cold enough. We tested the seal and asked for that to be replaced. Instead they took all of the food out even tho we offered to instead, not really knowing what for (also COVID is still an issue right now) and then he messed with the freezer for a bit and left for 3 hours. We had to take our food to my parents house in order for it to not spoil and we got no ETA. We just decided to move our food after some of it was completely ruined. We eventually had to get a new freezer put in and I'm jot sure how that'll work but.. we'll see. I don't recommend. read more

For the next two days He didnt answer our text or phone calls. Very unprofessional service!!!! three days after the fact he never responded to our phonecalls... we hired a second company to come and check the washer he left unfixed. Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use them out of their Elko, NV office! They are thieves. They took 2 months to even come to my house to fix my refrigerator and then forgot half the parts. Then took another 2 months to come out and frig still does not work. They accepted payment from the warranty company and now are refusing to come back out to finish fixing the frig. The lady that answers the phone is rude and just laughs at you when you tell her your issue. They told me the only way they will come back out is for me to file another claim so they can get paid a second time! Worst place to go to, do yourself and your wallet a favor and stay away! Got a fridge from this place and it broke down the first night we had it. Called them to inform them about the situation and that I needed immediate assistant to fix the fridge, because our food was going bad. Didn't show up until late that day. Supposedly he "fixed it" but it still wasn't working the next day. Called them again to inform them, they came by my house to drop off another fridge to use for the time being, while they have me wait for three more day's or whatever day they're available to fix my fridge that I have bought from them. We've bought two refrigerators and a stove from here. They work fine. The stove was delivered with the wrong burner type which they promptly replaced. The people who work there are friendly. This is not the prettiest place, nor do they speak impeccable English, but if your looking for good selection, price, and service, I recommend them. We didn't end up buying an appliance here, so it's purely on the experience when we visited. The storefront itself is not terrible. Pretty big selection of refrigerators, washers, dryers and stoves/ovens. We went after business hours since they weren't listed on Yelp. They open Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm. The owner happened to be there and allowed us to stay and look. The gentleman was really nice and helpful. When my mother tried negotiating on price and telling them that she's also in the market for a dryer(repeat business)the owners wife showed up. She was firm on price and and while she wasn't the friendliest person, she wasn't actually rude. She even commented how the majority of their business is from the southwest side of town and how they have a lot of repeat business because the quality of the work and service, my mom(the purchaser) understood. Paperwork was drawn up, so they had her name, address and phone number. My mom was going to pay with card, for whatever reason her card wasn't going through(which can sometimes happen) so my mom asks them if they are willing to to wait 15-20 while she goes to an ATM to take out cash, immediately the woman says: "oh well we're leaving already" and just 5 minutes earlier they were going to be delivering the refrigerator. So my mom says I can come back in the morning, the woman says, if you're serious, we can deliver to you so you don't have to come all the way over here(my mom lives in the Southwest side of town). This all happened last night, this morning no call. So we decided to look elsewhere as my mom was in serious need, but also on a budget. She found somewhere else who were not only friendly, but willing to work with her on price! 3pm comes around, my moms new fridge is delivered and the woman calls and asks if she's still interested, when my mom responds, she very rudely yells to her husband "she doesn't want it!" And hangs up. Like I said, I can't comment on their products, but their service was horrible and just the experience alone is reason enough not to want to go back. read more

Purchased a washer and it was promptly delivered and installed. I noticed it was leaking after the second load. I went by the store and was given an appointment for them to come look at it. The man who came was the same man who installed the washer. He is always very polite. He immediately located the problem and replaced the hose. No charge. I really like this company. Thank you. When the technician finally showed up he told us we needed a part for our refrigerator to be replace and he would be right back, an hour pass. I waited here until 5:00pm, my appt was from 3:30-4:30pm. I called again and the guy says 6:00 now. If they are not here by 6pm, I am thinking about taking them to small claims court... I have a 30 day warranty on repairs, it didnt even work on day 1! They told me to wait at least 4 hours... this is day 2. He said the frig needed a new part so he went out to "buy" it and came back and "fixed" it and said my frig was suppose to leak water for 12 hours before it turned back to normal. But now my frig won't stop leaking and the frig doesn't even get cold..a lot of our food has gone bad! If I could just not give them a star..I would. After everything was said and done and I reported them to the B.B.B. They said money got taken from their account. They blamed us for it. They came to our house and threaten us. We told them we had nothing to do with it. They said they would be back for the refrigerator,washer and dryer. We told them we gave the fridge away. He yelled at us but we couldn't understand him. He threaten us again. Then he left and didn't come back. I honestly think they were at the wrong house but they never came back and some nice friends gave us a working fridge. That was the last we heard of them. And we never bought anything else. We went to lowes and got the same refrigerator for about the same price and got it brand new when we saved up the money. read more

I would not recommend. Very poor customer service and their warranty means nothing if you can't get them out to fix it. Bought what we thought was a nice washer and dryer set. Once I got it home we noticed allot of rust under the washer. I wasn't too worried because I figured they must go through them to offer a 90 day warranty. After we started using the washer it has either not filled and continuously ran wasting water or it just dumped water onto the floor. Hence the rust under the machine. We've called several times for repairs. First time out they said nothing is wrong. Now we can't even get then out to fix it. It's been a week! All of this in the first 30 days. read more

Just... Don't... Bought a refrigerator and washer/dryer set. The dryer is the only thing that hasn't given us a problem. Refrigerator didn't get cold when we plugged it in and waited an entire 24 hours as suggested, washer makes an annoying clicking sound as it agitates, and water inlet valve leaked water non-stop into the wash basket. It could have easily flooded our house if we left town. Ice dispenser didn't work. They did come out and fix the warm fridge and ice maker, but not after a dozen phone calls and a no-show. Didn't show up at our scheduled repair time the 2nd time, and never answered the phone to ask where he was at (total waste of a day, and very un-courteous) Don't be tempted by cheap prices. All the refrigerators in stock aren't plugged in, and that should haven been my first red flag. If you absolutely need a cheap fridge, I would recommend having them plug it in and come back the next day to be sure that it's working. Advice: suck it up, spend the extra 30% and buy new appliances at best buy, Sears outlet, or the Home Depot. Never again, and I take it as a lesson learned in life. read more
