I never once had to track a salesperson down to ask a question because everything was simply right there in front of me. Matter of fact, upon entering the warehouse, there was the friendliest lady there to welcome us. She asked us what we were looking for and not only told us where we needed to go, but walked us there to make sure we understood where to go. She popped back in on us at one point just to see if we needed anything. There are so many places that need to take notes on this WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will have to go back to Floor and Decor to purchase my choices since this trip was just for us to pick out what we wanted and I have the tools I need to make sure I purchase the correct amount of everything. The store sent out a representative to inspect the sofa. On 10/3/25 a representative from the store stopped by to inspect the sofa. He said he would order the necessary parts. I never heard from the rep again. I have been calling the store to get updates but no one can give me an update on the status of the parts. On 1/9/26 I personally went to the store since I was unable to get an update on the status of parts and repair of my sofa via phone. I spoke to the store rep and manager and they were no help at all. They said I had to call customer service which was new to me because I have been dealing directly with the store rep and they had not mentioned that to me before. And the salesperson was no where in sight. They're only available for the sale and disappear after the sale. Anyhow, I was informed the parts were ordered and should arrive next week. It has taken almost four months since my initial call and no one in the store seems to care. I was very unhappy and informed the store manager that they have poor customer service and there is no communication with the customers after the sale. I spent over $5,000 on the recliners and coffee tables. I will never buy anything from La-Z-Boy again! Poor furniture quality and horrible customer service!

It was horrible, when I got there I was told there was no one there to load the recliner onto my vehicle. The lady that sold it to me Naomi, said that we could load it up. I told her I was not going to do that and she should have told me before I picked it up that the loaders would not be there. It was not only a waste of my time but my son was injured helping some old man named Larry that works there try to load it onto my vehicle. The only reason my son even helped was so that we didn't have to come back again. The man Larry was too old to be moving anything in the first place. My son told him to wait so he could adjust the chair on my truck first but he didn't wait and he injured my son by shoving the chair onto my truck and made him lose his balance and he fell and pulled a hamstring in his leg. That old guy thought it was funny and laughed that my son got hurt and didn't even apologize. Come to find out that it's against company policy for other employees other than the loaders to help move anything. I was very upset about what happened. Later I received a phone call from a Vanessa about what happened and she told me if she were there that would not have happened but it did and my son ended up with an injury and also missing 2 days of work due to the injury he sustained which could have been avoided if these people would have not been negligent in the first place. I received a phone call from a Vanessa, and of course nothing was done. Vanessa just said that she would speak to them about what happened.
