Lowe's is a charming grocery store! Their Cakery is outstanding! I bought a special square cake for my husband's birthday, and everyone was impressed by the unique style of frosting. The chocolate cake was rich and moist...got devoured very quickly! While I can't find all my groceries there, it's such a fun atmosphere! And I love their fresh breads! read more

Lowes Foods Monkey Junction now pops their own popcorn and it is delicious! Poppy Go Lucky is the name and they make 6 different flavors. My favorite is Tiger Stripe, caramel popcorn with chocolate drizzle. read more

Gotta love the fresh food and vegan options... even if you eat meat, that have a great healthy selection of fresh seafood, beef, poultry, etc. During my foot Injury, walking around a grocery store was a great challenge and being young I didn't want to use the electric buggy's. So I ordered my groceries online! And recently, even tried the delivery service. Staff is very helpful, and online ordering is pretty simple for the most part. Although, searching for some items can be a little tricky. You will love how easy pick up is if you go that route, and they call you when your groceries are ready with both services! read more

I love this Lowes foods. My husband and I are new to the area and happy to have this lowes just a few miles from our house. The store is clean, they always seem to have a fresh and local produce selection, and the staff have always been super helpful and friendly. I have also have found that the bakery is top notch with many beautiful cakes (see attached cake photo). I I also have had no trouble finding beautiful, fresh floral arrangements here and I love that they have a small pub with craft beers to sample. This supermarket really makes grocery shopping more fun (or as much as grocery shopping can be)! read more

Coming from an area with Wegman's, no grocery store will ever compare. I shop at Lowe's often because it is the closest to where I live. The staff are always friendly (much more-so than other grocery stores in the area). The selection is average for a grocery store. The freshness depends on what you buy. I bought avocados here once because they were on sale - NEVER AGAIN! They went bad (very rotten) within two days, which was strange because they seemed fresh when I bought them. So be careful with produce here. They have good sales and I find their prices to be overall cheaper than the other chain grocery stores in the area. This is the main reason I shop here. read more

My family wanted Burger King and I'm not a fan so I decided to go here and grab something. I was blown away by the selection of grab and go options. Honestly it was very impressive and everything looked great. They have cold items to take, prepared items that can be warmed and a salad bar to make your own. I grabbed a cold sandwich and a pre-packaged salad as well as a packet of dressing. This place looses a star because it turns out that their salads do not come with dressing... I was charged 60 cents extra to have dressing on my salad. I think I could have busted my salad open and perhaps poured some salad dressing on it from bottles at the salad bar, but they are packed so tightly I wasn't sure it would fit and close again securely... really??? you need 60 cents to provide dressing for a salad. That's pretty cheap. Otherwise this place was outstanding. I would definitely return. Good place to grab some goods to take to the beach or park and have a picnic. read more

Great supermarket! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We had a mishap with a case of beer and they were extremely helpful and immediately came over, cleaned it right up and grabbed us another case. Then we forgot a few bags (yeah we were on fire that day and we had not even started drinking yet!!) and the manager came running out to bring them to us! Awesome!! read more

Out of the three main grocery chains in the money junction area, Lowe's is my go-to stop to fill my fridge. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a huge selection of beauty and pet products, which other stores around here kind of lack. This week almost all of their meat was 25 percent off. This is just one of the great deals we took advantage of this trip. It seems like we always find a great sale or get a good coupon for something we actually need.Their deli case is stocked with Boars Head meats.My husband quite enjoys the Jelly Belly dispensers in the candy section. Really friendly staff. Very convenient location for most of the area. read more

Came here to shop while on vacation from Los Angeles. Walking through with my wife and son I caught the eye of Tom from your butcher department. He gave me a hearty hello and smile and offered us a sausage sample. First, the bavarian sausage was especially delicious, succulent and flavorful. Second and more importantly was the genuine affability and customer service from Tom. One of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. He helped us pick out some meat, educating us about the cuts along the way. Over and above what I am used to, and Tom assured us it was his pleasure to do so. I have worked in customer service a long time, and Tom is the prototype for what I look for and strive to be. Kudos! read more

Had a less than satisfactory experience at Monkey Junction. Asked the person at the front desk if they have pralines to which she responded, "What's a praline?" Last Thursday I asked for 8 slices of liverwurst sliced thick. The person in the deli dept. sliced it thin and it was spoiled. He used the last small piece rather than open a new package. The piece he used had obviously been there too long. My wife was sick for days. We won't be returning to Lowes. I too will be spending my money at Harris Teeter. read more

Lowes Foods in Lewisvile and Clemmons are the best around this one (Monkey Junction)does not come close!! The grocery baggers in this store should be retrained. You do not put fresh fruit and vegetables in with cleaning products or with drinks and other heavy items. The check out staff should know the store policies regarding Sales. I have been given false information more than once. My last attempt to give this store one more try, they stuck a hole in my bottled water while loading it back into the cart.
