First of all, we set everything up with them in person. We were notified that our script was ready but when we went to pick it up, they didn't have us in their system and had no script for us. We had to call the Dr. and have them send the script again! After a long wait, we were told that we would have to start all over again and it wouldn't be ready until the next day. When we tried to call them to see if they had the prescription, we were not able to get through. Because one of the scripts was needed, we went to another pharmacy (Harris Teeter). We were told they don't like dealing with them to transfer as they were difficult to deal with. They suggested that we call our doctor again and have them send all scripts to HTeeter. This we did and hopefully I will have my much needed script tomorrow. My hubby and I never want to step foot in that dingy, old pharmacy again. If you are smart, you won't either.

Overworked/stressed-out employees. Miserable phone system - takes forever to get help. Neither the…read morepharmacy or the front desk can connect you to the other. The in-store parmacy doesn't communicate with its own specialty pharmacy branch, so pharmacists from each don't/can't support the patient's needs...another case where the right hand doen't know what the left is doing. After a recent surgery, I was prescribed a pain killer. The lady at the drive-through said we had to wait for the pharmacist before giving me any of my surgery based prescriptions. After a long wait (10 cars were in line behind us) the pharmacist asked if I had any quetions. When I asked to see the prescriptions so I could read the instructions, I was told "NO! I can't give you the pills until you pay for them". A whole two dollars. Yup, no information for you...pay first. Money first, not your health.

Why did the other guy tell me it would take awhile to look through the footage just for HER to call me RIGHT back ? Clearly it was never checked. This month I'm missing 3!!!!
