I do have to do some drying but on a hot day it no big deal. I've been with them since opening and the only issue has been getting my large SUV's roof dried. I have to ask or it's a 50/50 chance that the last drying roof device never comes down. I have asked spoken to the manager and he resolved the problem. The vacuum are satisfactory and they get the job done. They provide drying towels, window cleaner, a degreaser and an air freshner, if requested. All in all, I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

He decided he was going to school me on the process so I stopped him immediately and requested to speak to a manager. Long story short he said he'll go to the office and get my receipt. I just wanted to see what I was charged. He gives me a receipt that I reviewed after wiping my car dry and the receipt didn't belong to me, but another customer. So I go into the office and there you have 3 youth hanging out. One did pull my actual receipt from the system based on my plates. To the owner: customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism from your staff regardless of age. Bad for your business. Get your screen fixed too. I just read a few reviews with payments/credit cards. Not a good look for you.

As soon as I pulled in, a worker rolled his eyes at me and rushed through a quick wash before I even entered the tunnel. I didn't even need my exterior washed since it had rained all day before and earlier that morning. When I exited the tunnel and went to vacuum which was the only reason I came; every vacuum hose was lying on the ground, unplugged. The machines weren't even on. I went inside and found two employees sitting around. When I asked for the vacuums to be turned on, one finally did but told me to "be quick." I said fine, I just needed 5-8 minutes. After finishing, I went to grab a towel and some interior cleaner nothing was stocked. Everything was put away. I used to be a Whistle Wash member, paying monthly, but it's been one problem after another: dirty towels, watered-down cleaning products, vacuums detached or broken, slow pay screens, and now no music or energy at all. This place has completely gone downhill. Save your money and your time Whistle Wash is not worth it. Just canceled my membership today!!
