I would also like to note that they haven't made contacted with me for my refund the dealership for the last months has ignored me about receiving a refund because they will not respond. I paid 1000$ dollars before even taking the car off the lot, which was the guarantee that I was bringing a paycheck to them for the rest of the loan. They took and they didn't respond nor are they willing to work with me to give my 1000 deposit back. I would have stopped contacting if they would have simply said it was non refundable. At this point the back and forth is time consuming shows a lot, I have my own small business and treat customers better. I just happened to have a family emergency it was only 1 day they would have had to wait. I stopped dealing with them because they continued to threaten me with police while I had a check written for them and showed proof of fund at the dealer which is why they let me take it off the lot with the keys. I left the car at my school for them to pick it up in case they had any more tricks to pull. I have so many message threads I could post but the last thing I have to say is be careful who you chose to make a big purchase especially if you are in a bad situation and trying to get real help from people who "care" :)

Sleezy business, they won't do business with you unless they can take advantage of you…read more I went into this shop in March 2025 to sell my vehicle. After speaking with Rich on the phone, he let me know the rough price range they would be interested in the car for, depending on condition. I brought the vehicle in, waited 2 hours for them to inspect it, give me the sales runaround, for them to come back $750 lower than what was discussed on the phone, despite the condition being identical to what was discussed prior. I left and went home. The next day, Rich calls me to tell me they are now willing to meet 1/2 way. Excited, I come down to sell the car. After another 2 hours of waiting, inspections, and driving the vehicle, they agreed to the price agreed upon over the phone. They reserve the right to a 72 hour inspection. With 2 hours to spare, in business hour # 70 of #72, they called to tell me they heard a rattle in my transmission, and were no longer interested. I brought my vehicle into the dealer for a full end to end inspection the next day, the vehicle is mechanically perfect. The technician Chris Henderson mistook a loose license plate rattling for a TRANSMISSION issue. After all of this, and validating the transmission has no issues, Matthew's motors is no longer interested in my vehicle. Shady business, sleezy used car dealership vibes from these guys. Spent 5+ hours and $150 of my own money to validate an issue their tech misdiagnosed. Waste of time, go elsewhere! In response to Marty's comment, he is just lying to make this situation look better than it appeared. The car does not have a transmission rattle. It is under warranty by Ford and I had Ford go through it with a fine toothed comb to ensure it is in perfect condition for its next owner. Chris Henderson is a subpar technician if he thinks that is a transmission rattle. Rich, Paul, Matt, and everyone else I worked with gave subpar service.
