As a customer, every time you call, you will get an automated prompt. You will NOT have an option to speak to a human being. If you try, you'll be put on hold for literally hours ..usually until the phone call drops. If you try their chat bot on the website, they will give you the option to transfer to an agent but the agent never picks up the chat. There is literally no customer service. They must keep their overhead down by not hiring human beings in customer service. This is reality, folks. If you sign up with them, expect this. You've been warned.

When I call customer service they confirmed this and said I would receive my refund. I call today (2 weeks after pickup) and they asked why I think I should get a refund. Then they tell me I was right, I am owed a refund and they proceed to tell me they have no idea how much it is or how long it will take. This is not the type of service I expext from a reputable company. I pay my bills on time 100% of the time. When I requested stop service, I paid their final bill to them immediately. If you value good service and a company that values their customers, do not use Amerigas.

The customer service here has been nothing but kind to me, always holds fun little conversations, and gets things done in a prompt manner. The variety of selection for drinks, snacks, and other on-the-road necessities is large than you find at majority of gas stations around. And the price of gas seems to be the average lowest in town. I would highly recommend stopping here to fill up for long weekend trips North/East of the coast, cleaning your windshields off, pumping some air in your tires, and leaving with a smile on your face and a happy vehicle.

My vehicle lost control and ended up in a ditch. The accident did not cause any major damage but…read moredue to the location of vehicle it required a tow truck. Intercostal Towing was called and got there relatively quick. The towing of the vehicles was a success and it didn't appear there were additional damage. When I went to recover my personal belongings I noticed I was missing a significant amount of money from my purse and glove box. When I confronted the front desk I was told "it was an accident things could have shifted". (Every bit of my personal belongings maintained in place) The owner was called and said he was with the driver, but I recalled only one person (Lee) was present. The front desk also said that they would check the cameras to see if the vehicle was tampered with while it was in the lot, but I have yet to receive a phone call (going on 2 days). I would not trust the tow truck driver s that they have, considering the money was buried deep in my purse and the only way to get to it is to physically search and take it. The fact that all of personal belonging stayed in my car, makes me believe that whoever had access to the vehicle was the one who rummaged through the vehicle and searching for valuable belonging. I would not use or trust this towing company.
