If my…read moreflight times and bags didn't make the train unavailable or difficult, I wouldn't have called originally. After tonight, I question the legitimacy of their business. First time, December 2014: The experience was decent. Calling to reserve was easy and the driver showed up right on time and even though the minivan smelled of stale food and slight cigarette smoke, $85 for getting to the airport when I couldn't take the train wasn't bad. (3.5 stars - average service) Second time, March 12, 2015: Reserved the cab two days ahead for a 5am pick-up to the airport. Driver was on-time and all was good...until we got near Boston and she started making wrong turns because she "has only driven to the airport like twice" and "she gets anxious when she doesn't know the route." I identify with anxiety and not being familiar with a location. Don't take the job if you don't know the route. The trip should have taken 45 minutes and took 30 minutes extra. Silver lining(?), I got an unanticipated trip around parts of North End and Mass General. Nice girl; didn't deserve a tip. (2.5 stars - below average service) Third time, March 23, 2015: I reserved the cab morning of with the expectation that as long as I didn't get the girl driver, it'd be okay. I was to meet them at the Logan Hilton since they aren't allowed at the airport as a non-medallion....why can't you just pick me up in passenger area? I complied because I don't know many cab services and didn't want to pay $124+ for a "private car". Well, that ended up happening because although we agreed that since my flight got in at 7:30pm and they would pick me up at 8:15pm at the Hilton, the cab never showed. I called four times between 8:20 and 8:40pm. My saving grace this night was the Hilton concierge who helped me get a private car service a bit after 9pm. (0 stars - wtf) A guy from Lowell Cab returned my call at 10pm leaving a message that he doesn't know what happened but his guy was there at 5:15pm to pick me up and I never showed even though he stayed until 6pm. Um...how does one get 8:15pm mixed up with 5:15pm even after they repeat the time to you? Also, why did I not have any missed calls from them after my flight got in at 7:30pm? He only cared to call me back at 10pm? Please don't insult my intelligence for your mistake. Never again.

    Highly dissatisfied with the services requested and the unprofessionalism displayed by the driver…read moreon duty the night of 10/22. Upon arrival I kindly requested of the driver to assist my disabled sister with her baggage when he informed me that he was leaving and would not be assisting her with this. "According to the driver we where messing with him.?" He arrived at the requested pick up location at 2:33 am. At this time was when I kindly requested for his assistance with her baggage, after being informed of the need for his help he departed from the location no less than 4 minutes later. Departure time was before 2:37 am as I called back when my disabled sister made it out of her home to see that he had left the location without her. First and foremost the unprofessionalism and blatant disrespectful treatment of a paying customer was absolutely unacceptable. I then reached back out to the driver who refused to provide me with his name so that I could not inform his supervisor of the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment we endured while requesting Greater Lowell Town Taxis services on this night. After this is addressed with his direct supervisor I will next be informing The Better Business Bureau of this drivers actions, as well as his unprofessionalism and discriminatory misconduct displayed. This driver needs to be re-trained on how to professionally and appropriately communicate with customers. Moving forward this driver should display a full understanding of what the repercussions of discriminating and declining to providing services to a paying disabled customer due to there physical inability to reach his vehicle in less than 4 minutes.
