He told me he would not refund me anymore and that he would sue me so that I would need to fly back to Boston (not sure he knows how the legal system works). anyway, I would never recommend this company to anybody. the guy who runs it is a total maniac.

I can bring a guest with me for free. Since I'm driving again, I only use it for times that parking is a nightmare, like the airport or to the State Fair, but I found out that I could use similar service while visiting other cities. Bonus! After doing some pre-leg work to get an account, my husband and I were able to call ahead and schedule The Ride to pick us up and take us anywhere we wanted to go in Boston for TWO BUCKS each ride! We never had to take a bus or train, and the longest we ever waited was five minutes. Forget taking a trolley ride of the city, we had tour guides wherever we went-local drivers that were happy to give us the scoop! It was much more organized that the system in Minnesota-professional, courteous, and made traveling with a disability much easier than it would have been if I had to take buses, trains, and taxis, or if we had to rent a car in order to see the city. This way I was able to focus on having a great trip even though walking long distances is hard for me. This was a great service!

The drivers have been complaining to me about the way they are treated. The Ride is being operated…read morenow by an outside company. They are firing many of the drivers if they have the slightest, routine health defect (which is just about everyone). They have too few drivers and are routinely half an hour to 45 minutes late. I have been late for many appointments. My driver Thursday told me they just have too few drivers now. When you call to ask where your ride is, they are told to say it's just around the corner. When you call in another 15 minutes, they routinely lie again. It's really a shame that handicapped and mobility impaired people are treated like this. But, we're not the 1%, so many feel we don't deserve anything.

They will claim you didn't leave them 6 voicemails to the number they never pick up on or send them a half dozen emails to the email address listed on their site that they apparently never check asking them to cancel.   These are not last minute changes - these are REPEATED emails and voicemails a FULL WEEK in advance of the trip in question. The funniest thing about this experience is that they never came to pick us up for the trip TO the airport for the trip we canceled (Correctly, because we had called and emailed them cancelling it) but they f**ed up their internal communications and somehow still drove to the airport to pick us up from our phantom trip that never happened.   So the natural question that we asked them when they charged us for this was how it was possible for them to know not to come take us to the airport if they never received our cancellation notice. The guy answering the phone apparently couldn't wrap his head around how this didn't make any sense and told us to F off.   Long story short, be prepared to file a chargeback with your credit card company against these d-bags, as that is what we will be doing. We gave them multiple opportunities to correct this and they were absolute d*cks about it every single time. This was even more disappointing and puzzling considering we were repeat customers. I had two very different experiences with Logan Express staff this morning…read more First, I want to recognize Laura Donna, who was scanning tickets. She was absolutely wonderful--friendly, welcoming, and an absolute gem. Her positive attitude at 5:30 in the morning made a real difference and is exactly the kind of customer service travelers appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with the driver, Amy, was the complete opposite. While luggage was being loaded, I tried to place my own bag in the compartment. Rather than politely asking me to let her handle it or explaining the procedure, Amy rudely told me I was "trying to do her job." Her tone was unnecessarily confrontational and made for a very unpleasant start to the day. Laura Donna was kind enough to acknowledge my frustration afterward, which I appreciated. It's unfortunate that such excellent customer service from one employee was overshadowed by the poor attitude of another. I hope Laura Donna receives the recognition she deserves, and I also hope Amy is reminded that professionalism and courtesy are just as important as getting passengers to their destination.

I was dropped off at my terminal in a timely manner. My return was really smooth, as they arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time (which makes sense since they pick up from different terminals). Again, it was a smooth drive back and another friendly and helpful driver.
