Finally a car service with SERVICE! We've received nothing but excellent service from Rides By…read moreJoanne for a year now whereas other local services we've used for years have left us stranded. Recently we returned from holiday travel and found great comfort knowing Rides By Joanne was there waiting for us in a CLEAN and SAFE car to bring us home. Contrast this with our most recent Uber ride where a cloud of pot smoke escaped from the trunk while we were opening it to place our luggage. Or the time before that where the Uber driver wandered all over the road. Or the time before that where the car was a mess. So while there is a place for Uber, life is too short for such disgusting experiences. Go with Rides By Joanne and your experience will be as enjoyable as is anything else in your life that you intentionally make optimizing decisions upon.

The shuttle itself exceeded our expectations--it was clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like neon lighting, drink service, and great music connections! Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!

I used Pearl Transportation for a work trip - needed transportation to and from the airport. Pearl was super quick to quote, and was at the average price point. I saw great reviews and thought I would give them a try (since my last car service from another local company was not really the best). They were great about letting me know when they would arrive and where they would be by emailing and calling in advance. The billing process was easy and done in advance so no extra worrying was necessary during travel. They were extremely timely and very courteous, friendly, professional drivers. When picking me up from the airport, they let me know ahead of time that the driver would call when the plane landed and they followed through on this (literally up to the minute I landed) and let me know that they were at the airport waiting. They had my name on a tablet, (no confusion what-so-ever, which I have experience in the past). They even offered water for the (rush-hour) commute to my home. During my ride I talked a little bit to the owner of the company (he was the driver in this case) and he seems to have a great business model and ideals. It also sounds like he treats his workers well and has good morals. It's always reassuring to hear someone who values people (workers and customers alike) as much as his business. I wish them the best of luck for their thriving business and hope they keep their service as great as it is now!
