The cars are awesome whether it be a sedan or SUV. I was picked up at 4:30 am so the driver used an SUV because he said it was more comfortable for an early morning pickup due to the extra room and I appreciated that very much especially because it was just me and 1 bag. I will definitely use them again. The prices are fair based on other services I have used to get from Cape Cod to Logan. The driver was courteous and helped me with my bags. At times, the Excelsior Limo driver is the first person to greet our guests or clients upon arriving at Boston Logan. Joe and his team take control of our international clients arriving in Boston guiding them from the chaos of Logan airport to the friendly hospitality of their limo. Joe also has experience in many areas. I attended a small wedding and Excelsior was the limo service. I was surprised to see Joe come into the Church and set up the order of the wedding party waiting to proceed down the altar. They handle every situation with professionalism and courteous. They are always on time and put the customer first. Once you sign on with Excelsior Limo, you will feel as if you are their only customer.

I was planning a night out for my friends 40th birthday party for 3 couples. I had originally contacted Joseph's limo but they told me that their limos would be tight for 6 people. So I contacted Excelsior Limo and heard back from Joe. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. We didn't know where we were going at first but he said fine, we'll make the reservation and you let me know a few days before so we can plan the route. I asked about drinking and drinking glasses and heard back "we have crystal glasses in the limousine (both champagne and old fashioned) and also do provide ice. We will also be providing a complimentary bottle of champagne and waters for your consumption. " He picked us up on time and the limo was huge and gorgeous. Plenty of room for 6 people, excellent sound system for us to play our CDs, places to put beer and champagne to keep cold, glasses etc. He was happy to take pictures of us all at each stop as we picked up each couple. We went out to dinner and when we walked out the door after dinner, there he was! Just parked up the road and as soon as we were walking down the road he was there holding the door open for us. Same thing when we did another stop for some dancing and after dinner drinks. When one of our party wasn't feeling so well (yeah, yeah, we drank too much), he provided a large bucket in case it was needed. All in all, five stars all around. From communication, service, quality and price this was a great experience.
