I saw Emily, NP, and she was knowledgeable, kind and at no time did she appear rushed. I had a lot of questions as well as medications that needed to be refilled. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. Probably spent an hour with me which is unheard of in today's treatment of patients. LOL…read more The truth is the angry screaming woman refused service because she didn't like the fact I wouldn't get on the table; I needed to sit in the chair as I was not feeling well due to a suspected ear infection. These people are angry that you're even there, and it's evident as soon as you walk in the front door. They provide masks and insist you wear them the entire time there. The nurse called me back about10 minutes later and performed the normal procedures, weighing, height, blood oxygen levels, etc... Dr. Wang came in about 5 minutes later. He is a friendly man and wants to hear about your health, history and lifestyle. I never felt rushed and he was easy to talk to. He explained his methods of care, his rating on what you are doing now, and any changes of action that is easy to understand. He said he wanted lab work and it could be performed on site! Wow! No fasting, no going to some lab, no waiting! The whole appointment was just over an hour and I'm done! The next day I received an email with my lab results and what he want to tweak! That was so quick! I am very impressed with the entire practice from the ample parking, and friendly staff, to the attentive nurses and doctors to the painless quick lab facilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new Doctor. Truly a medical practice like is should be!

TL:DR     Ed Fox gave _very_ incorrect information and did…read morenot follow up as promised. My mom is 64. She and I have a chronic genetic issue. She swore off doctors years ago. So when I finally found something that was helping, it took a lot of convincing to get her to go. She did some research and decided to see Ed Fox. He wasn't familiar with her condition. That's fine. We're used to that. What she was asking for is Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) to help treat the chronic pain, among other things. He told her it's a controlled substance and that he'd need authorization, so he'd get back to her. It's not a controlled substance. In fact, had he done a five second google search, he'd have seen it's kind of the opposite. It's an opioid antagonist and is used in its normal dose to treat opioid and alcohol addiction. But he didn't do that. He also didn't check with others in his practice and get back to her like he said he would. If you have a cold, you're probably fine going here. If you're looking for a doctor that will actually do what he says, cares about your issues, and will look into things you bring up--this is not your guy. Now I have to try and convince my mom to try again. And it's going to be harder than it was this last time.

I was seen by a blonde female Physician's Assistant who took great care of me and got me on my way. I arrived an hour before my appointment and stood at the counter for 15 minutes while people walked by and ignored me. I FINALLY got someone to say they would not see me until less than 30 minutes before my appointment. This despite the fact they were taking walk-ins. At 5 minutes after my appointment time, I figured out they had removed my appointment. Behind the counter, you could hear them, it was not work, it is just their little club, laughing and joking. Everyone in their little club, when they would look at patients, there was complete disdain on their faces. Also, I would leave this review on their social media pages, but of course, they have reviews blocked. No surprise.
