Probably the worst clinic I've actually gone too. It's laughable to say it has any amount of decency. I've waited over an hour and a half to be seen, and there were at least 8 others before me waiting as well. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. If you absolutely have to come here, say goodbye to your entire day, that is, if they even get to you. An absolute clown of a facility, and would recommend that any company stop using this facility for any reason, and that any person please seek help at a different location. The wait is so long that people in rougher shape that have been here before my arrival have left without getting any service. Please, if you value yourself, or your time, use a different clinic. read more

I've had to come here several times to bring in employees who have gotten hurt at work. Sure, the wait can be long and the front desk employees may not be full of sunshine, but they are doing their jobs. It's a very busy place with lots of walk ins and people calling and asking questions. They are focused on getting people in and getting care. If you engage them, though, they are friendly. There is a front desk employee, Stephanie, who is professional and friendly. I have also had an opportunity to tour the facility and have had lots of communication with Megan Gilbert, the Industrial Director. I really appreciate their ability to send me emails and info on my employee's visits and status through Nova's online portal. Dr. Sass is a great doctor, who puts his patient's welfare above all else. He is kind and professional. My company puts a lot of trust in Nova to make sure our employees are taken care of in the event that they get hurt on the job. I'm glad that they are there for them and for us. read more

Slowest service there could possibly be don't bother coming early you'll be here for 4-5 hours after you arrive

Seems to be very professional and the environment is clean. Everyone from what I saw was treated with dignity and respect.

I know a lot of business use this place to do their drug test and workman's comp so not everyone has the choice of weather to deal with this place or not but if you do have a choice, I STRONGLY suggest against it. My wife got hurt at work and after working all day and having to make a mad dash to the doctor after work, she was starving. So I went to Taco Bell and then drove to Nova. When I walked in the building a nurse looked at the guy in line and said "is she with you?' before she ever even ACKOWLEDGED me! Once the man told her I wasn't with him, then she addressed me and said how can I help you? I said my wife is here and gave her name and the nurse then says, "you can have seat and I'll let her know you're here". As I sit in the waiting room, I hear the nurses talking about how she doesn't think people should use the school bus system, "they should just be responsible enough to get their own kids to and from because as soon as something goes wrong they wanna blame the driver and sue the city." She then precedes to talk about the Woodmore crash from 2016 and say "that 6 kids were killed and they blamed the driver." She said "he was charged with manslaughter and got off only to move to Nashville and be charged with raping a minor" There was a lady in the office who said "this is an appropriate work conversation" And then. ONLY then does the nurse say "can you tell Brandy her wife is here"? And the other lady said "do you want me to take her back there'? And the other one said "I don't know you'd have to ask the doctor". Well in the meantime my wife in the back asks the doctor if I can go back with her and the doctor tells her "no". He said "we are under stupid Covid restrictions still'. And I have to say I don't think that is true. I think these places are using "Covid restrictions" as a way to be prejudice. If it were policy and because of REAL Covid restrictions the nurse's would know about it and I don't think it would be the ONLY doctor's office around with those restrictions. I could be wrong but I felt judged the VERY second I walked into the door. And not only that but my wife was sent home without even a Radiologist checking her xrays. This doctor CLEARLY thinks he can do whatever he wants to do in my opinion. read more

Contrary to what my pessimistic copatron Joseph was saying, my experience here at Nova was an absolute pleasure. They swiftly called me up to pee, and delivered with standards that I would be very proud of under my own establishment. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to pee in a cup here at Nova Medical Center. Better peeza, better ingredients. 5/5 read more

I'm doing a physical and drug test at Nova. I didn't recognize the name and place until I drove up this morning. How sad was I??? Let me tell you....... This is one of the most unprofessional facilities that I've ever had the "pleasure" to be in. First off, no one is ever greeted with a smile. Adrienne i the opener today. Everyone seem to have an attitude ( I'm banished to work here so everyone shall get my wrath). Secondly, you're seeing someone for the first time in the morning. One would expect, "good morning and how are you?" Companies should know by now ,that you don't just hire humans to fill an open spot, and if they do, return to do a spell check.... this should tell you if you're letters are panning out. Do you want good reviews for your business or do you not care? Is it just about the money? This is my second time here. The first was with my daughter and the atmosphere and work behavior stinks to high heavens. Please NOVA , do something. An employee just walked in as I'm writing this. Sugar hair, teal band around her head. Black. Chewing gum , walked passed everyone in the waiting room. Not a look in anyone's direction or a good morning. Is this the look you want for your company. I applied for a job and was required to take a pre-employment drug test. Little did I know it would be at NOVA Medical Centers. I walked in and filled out my three pages of paperwork and was told that I would be called back soon. I sat and sat and sat for over an hour and as I write this review I am still waiting to be called back. I am only here to pee in a cup to test for drugs. This could have taken less than five minutes but instead I waste my day away as they call back countless of other patients that signed in after me. I hope to never come back here. read more
