Although I had Madeleine and Madison for a day, they were good too. He always had a plan and really got me moving. It was fun to work with him and I really improved in stamina and knee strength to be more independent with little to no pain. He always knew how to focus on problem areas and get them working. He was patient with me and adjusted the training to where I was at, (when I had sore days). John printed out exercises which were very helpful to keep it going. I did try to talk to my therapist about as I have had PT in past and the appointment was spent with ME, no one else. Many PT's have been bought by mega company. They have decided 2 at a time was acceptable. I refused that service. I now have 4 weeks of PT left and will be using another place that still has ONE ON ONE. I SPENT HALF MY TIME WAITING TO BEGIN ANOTHER EXERCISE WHILE THE OTHER PATIENT WAS BEING WORKED WITH. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. JUST A HEADS UP, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SETTLE FOR LESS.. LIKE THERAPIST FINE.

When I was discharged they told me that since I had been a patient that I could continue to come and work out there any time I needed to for 30$ a month.It's called the "Step Down " program. So I took advantage of that since there were three physical therapists to consult with and all the equipment I needed. I'm 74 and since that time I developed arthritis in my lower back, plus 2 bulging discs. They gave me exercises and stretches to deal with those issues and I am a lot better off. I was up to 1800 mg of Tylenol a day and now I'm down to 500 mg every 36 hours or so. Being able to manage the aches and pains is both a physical and psychological relief. I also had a bout with Vertigo and my sciatic nerve started acting up. They got me through that effectively. I can't say enough how much better my life has been because of these experiences and professional help. Also, there is a joke of the day. Some better than others but it really is a happy place. They called me a week or so before about a referral, despite my provider sending multiple the guy who reached didn't see the others, spent 10 mins on phone with him, then said they found them, scheduled my first appt and on day of appt front desk guy was rude, ask If he needed my insurance card and ID and he said, we will get to that. I need you to sign in. I sign in and move off the side of the main desk to look for my ID and insurance card, he rudely stops and tells me you need to go have a seat where the chairs are, you can't stand here because we have patient information out but was rude about it. Private patient information should not be found or located in public spaces like the main front desk, this is a HIPPA violation. I sit down and wait for him to call me back up, he does not call me back up but 5 mins after all this occurred states, you hear for your shoulder and I said no, do you not remember I have multiple things I need therapy for we discussed this when you first called to schedule. He very rudely says, no I dont remember every single phone conversation that I have in a day and Idespite his rude tone and demeanor I said ok, should you not have noted on the computer when scheduled the appt over a week ago, the different things that I was needing therapy for and he again rudely says it just shows the shoulder. I was so frustrated and irate over the way I have spoken too previously and the fact that someone obviously didn't do something correctly, I told him that's fine Im just going to have my provider send me someplace else and he looked at me and laughed in my face and said Wow. So I walked out, I called to try and get the office manager or someone else to speak with and only could get through to a customer service area, they said they take the complaints and forward them. Not sure they did because that was last week and I still have not heard from anyone. I would stay away from this place , there are plenty of other therapy providers n the area. I WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION OR ANYOTHER LOCATION. It apparent the upper management don't care how patients are treated or spoken so, so it only makes sense that this is why the employees feel its ok to treat people this way because no action is taken.

It's in downtown Chattanooga, which I thought at first traffic would be a problem, but not. Parking was plenty, easy access to the building. All the staff are nice and friendly, and follow up on your outside needs. I love these girl's, they're so nice and seem to know what they're doing. I I'm excited to get started again. Emma has worked with me so far and seems excited about working with me due to the fax that I'm a very difficult but interesting case/patient. No one could seem…read moreto adjust my neck and they would say your neck is just too tight! it is not able to be adjusted or maybe if you drink more water or get a massage just before you come in. I tried still they could not adjust it. Then they said you need to start taking magnesium maybe that will help. One doctor after another and this went on for years! This doctor did a thorough adjustment with NO problem! It was fantastic to finally get relief! The staff is very nice and so is the doctor I was very happy!

At this point of my sessions, I can do both. I still have a ways to go but this has been huge for my independence. I recommend back decompression before you even consider surgery. The adjustments are just icing on the cake. You won't be disappointed.
