There was no other patients waiting in the reception area. I was escorted to a medical room at 2:06, and the medical assistant updated my medication list, weight etc. The NP named Mark, that I had been assigned to arrived with a trainee at 2:47 PM! No explanation why he was 47 minutes late. I find this unacceptable. And this was the second time he was late - the first time was the first time I met him. I made sure that I told the receptionist that he is running very behind, and that I would never be returning to this facility.

Very disappointing. Dr. Castrilli now has a practice in this office. He abandoned his patients at…read morehis former office, no referrals. The staff at the front desk, excluding Lucretia, were very sharp tongued and no help at all. I realize in this situations that there are many factors at play when scheduling . I had a specific conversation with Dr Castrilli in which he said he would happily take me as a patient in his new practice . The staff at Hayes Hand spoke to me as if it was my problem and made me feel that they're frustration with the situation which is totally unprofessional . My last conversation with Dr castelli was mid December of last year when I was diagnosed with the flu . He Telehealth me and sent in antibiotics . This is when we had our conversation . As I further investigated it turns out his office didn't even request my medical records . I actually went by and signed a release form , gave them my insurance cards , and when I went back to check with them , still got an attitude from the front desk . They blamed everything on his former office and refused to give me a clear answer other than he's gone from 5,000 to 300 patients which means he cannot accept everyone . I have a chronic illness that Dr. Castrilli has been trading me for since 2017 when my original doctor became a hospitalist . This experience has been hurtful and the staff at the front and the nurse who said maybe I should find a new doctor after a conversation with Lucretia, could definitely use some lessons in bedside manner . Such an unfortunate situation that I took Dr. Castrilli at his word and then had to deal with Attitude from his staff. Obviously with no concern for my current problem.
