As for the doctors, I adore and trust Dr. Sanders. He did surgery on both of my shoulders, with no complications, now and I have full mobility. I give it 3 stars bc 1. the walk in clinic relies on xrays, even for soft tissue damage and over relies on physical therapy. They are extremely conservative with teen soft tissue injuries and I hate to see my own child and other teens lose months of their lives being active bc they are limited by the pain. And 2. Both of my hip and knee pain from injuries was not taken as seriously (in regards to medical intervention) as it felt. Just be aware that you have to be your child's advocate and pursue second opinions.

They called me a week or so before about a referral, despite my provider sending multiple the guy who reached didn't see the others, spent 10 mins on phone with him, then said they found them, scheduled my first appt and on day of appt front desk guy was rude, ask If he needed my insurance card and ID and he said, we will get to that. I need you to sign in. I sign in and move off the side of the main desk to look for my ID and insurance card, he rudely stops and tells me you need to go have a seat where the chairs are, you can't stand here because we have patient information out but was rude about it. Private patient information should not be found or located in public spaces like the main front desk, this is a HIPPA violation. I sit down and wait for him to call me back up, he does not call me back up but 5 mins after all this occurred states, you hear for your shoulder and I said no, do you not remember I have multiple things I need therapy for we discussed this when you first called to schedule. He very rudely says, no I dont remember every single phone conversation that I have in a day and Idespite his rude tone and demeanor I said ok, should you not have noted on the computer when scheduled the appt over a week ago, the different things that I was needing therapy for and he again rudely says it just shows the shoulder. I was so frustrated and irate over the way I have spoken too previously and the fact that someone obviously didn't do something correctly, I told him that's fine Im just going to have my provider send me someplace else and he looked at me and laughed in my face and said Wow. So I walked out, I called to try and get the office manager or someone else to speak with and only could get through to a customer service area, they said they take the complaints and forward them. Not sure they did because that was last week and I still have not heard from anyone. I would stay away from this place , there are plenty of other therapy providers n the area. I WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION OR ANYOTHER LOCATION. It apparent the upper management don't care how patients are treated or spoken so, so it only makes sense that this is why the employees feel its ok to treat people this way because no action is taken.

I've called f-i-v-e times requesting copies of x-rays, and time and time again they would yes me to death. All these excuses, saying I'm sending it today, I'm sending it now, but NOTHING. I don't know how you could represent a business when you lack basic customer service. Don't expect anything this basic to be turned around in a reasonable amount of time, if at all. They can't handle it. It's too bad the doctors are great, they just need better front end support.
