They transferred him here recently. This is located off of Exit 5 but I learned you can get to it easier using exit number 7. There's a parking lot where you can park at or you can park alongside the road. There's several buildings on the campus. You can enter thru the main entrances and simply check in verbally at the desk by stating who you are there to see. She will guide you where you need to go by just telling her what room number patient is in. By the way, The code to the bathroom is 1,2 and then hit enter. They have a therapy room where someone gets exercise or rehab to a certain degree. The people that work here were nice and helped me find the room, and even talked to me for a little while. I could tell they like their jobs. Nice facilities here though -to say the least.

What you read below reflects my personal observations and experiences. This is what I witnessed: * I observed overnight staff placing 2-3 diapers on some patients, which appeared to reduce how often they needed to be changed. * I observed a nurse speaking with a patient who had been given Haldol and morphine regarding a DNR form. Based on what I witnessed, I was concerned about the patient's ability to make an informed decision at that time. * My loved one developed a bedsore that was approximately 4 inches across and 1/8 inch deep on his back. The wound was severe enough that I could see exposed tissue. * In my opinion, many (though not all) staff members appeared indifferent to patients' needs. * I'm not sure whether the facility has been remodeled since then, but when my loved one was there years ago, there was a persistent odor of urine throughout the building. * In my opinion, the food quality was extremely poor. Of course, there's more, but if you have other options, I would strongly encourage you to consider them. If you must place a loved one here, be a strong advocate for them. Know your loved one's rights. Do not sign anything unless you fully understand it and are comfortable doing so. Be extremely observant. Take pictures. Document everything. Communicate with your loved one and assure them that they are loved and can tell you anything. Ensure that they are not being intimidated, mistreated, or abused. A heartbroken family member.

Front desk service is always friendly, efficient and helpful…read more I've come more than 20 times between me and my youngest and the front desk service has been consistent. As for the doctors, I adore and trust Dr. Sanders. He did surgery on both of my shoulders, with no complications, now and I have full mobility. I give it 3 stars bc 1. the walk in clinic relies on xrays, even for soft tissue damage and over relies on physical therapy. They are extremely conservative with teen soft tissue injuries and I hate to see my own child and other teens lose months of their lives being active bc they are limited by the pain. And 2. Both of my hip and knee pain from injuries was not taken as seriously (in regards to medical intervention) as it felt. Just be aware that you have to be your child's advocate and pursue second opinions.

It was sold that they were helping me and offering a deal. I'm in my mid thirties with minor knee problems when I run marathons. I'm not in chronic pain. If I was given a proposal for 30+ visits, I cannot imagine what older adults are coerced into subscribing. It feels like a suboxone clinic with multiple weekly visits are recommended for health/to prevent detox. Not everyone who does adjustments is a chiropractor, which was not communicated. I understand this is a business, but the lack of transparency with pricing, care aspects, and selling of services borderline intimidate people into treatment. This is not compassionate care. I will add, this was never my experience with Dr. Hall, but I have not interacted with him on any personal visit- even when I've requested such. I will not refer anyone else to this practice.

I was escorted to a medical room at 2:06, and the medical assistant updated my medication list, weight etc. The NP named Mark, that I had been assigned to arrived with a trainee at 2:47 PM! No explanation why he was 47 minutes late. I find this unacceptable. And this was the second time he was late - the first time was the first time I met him. I made sure that I told the receptionist that he is running very behind, and that I would never be returning to this facility.
