I liked him more and more as I had follow up appointments. I had about 14 screws, plates and they had to use surgical cement and cadaver bone graft before they could put the screws in. It was painful but had to be done. The scar is absolutely perfect. I was non-weight bearing from Dec 11 till March 8th. I had other problems like a torn meniscus and torn MCL which was all repaired. At least I can walk. I am 72yo and am lucky I had such a skilled surgeon like Dr Kiner. He is no longer at Erlanger and I don't know where he is but I will find him so I can follow up with him!!
